100% SCAM
I did not sign up for a subscription. the paywall said it was a one time payment. and now they want to charge $40 a month after a 1 day trial. I sent an email and got no response. Cancel my subscription!
I experienced significant issues with this service due to opaque subscription terms and inaccessible customer support. The one-day trial misleadingly transitions into a full monthly billing cycle. Compounding this issue, their mandatory email cancellation process is ineffective, as support failed to respond to my inquiries. I eventually had to cancel my payment card to stop the billing.
Please avoid as much as you can. They subscribe you to a plan, take your money, no clear refund policy, when you email for refund they say no refunds.
Refund my $40 dollars you thieves!!!

Complete fraud. They send a blank report. They then charge you $39.99USD monthly. The only way to cancel is by e-mailing their support e-mail. They do not respond. You have to cancel your VISA
