Total scam
Total scam. They will automatically sign you up for a subscription after u paid for something from them. If you are using PayPal, they charge PayPal under the cryptic GSMT CORP. PayPal will keep paying them out of whatever you have PayPal linked to, and PayPal will not reverse the charges even if you have not opted to do a more in depth search using Getthetrace.

Complete Scam
Complete Scam! They don't provide any info. They do take your money. The only way to cancel is by e-mailing them. They do not respond. You have to cancel your visa unfortunately!

TOTAL SCAM
They made me pay first then when I got the report there was no information on it. Further to this, a couple weeks go by and I notice a charge from GSMT CORP (associated with getthetrace) for 10 USD for a subscription. I googled GSMT and saw this was a scam so I emailed them asking for a refund but they refused. After several attempts back and forth PayPal was kind enough to initiate the refund. I thought it was over with but a couple days later I got an email from PayPal saying the merchant came back saying I received the item and wanted me to reverse the refund. This is when I got on the phone with PayPal, told them what was going on and they told me not to worry about it, the case is closed. I just can't believe the nerve of these people - it's mind-blowing. They don't deserve one star. If I could I would give them a turd rating.
Oh ya I almost forgot. Also... they told me they cancelled the subscription from their end and when I went to check it a day later? Still active. Shocking. LIES. Turd.
