From asking google about security cameras to ordering from your site about 5 minutes. One comment however the cost of the waranty was not mentioned on the general pricing page, it should be.

Sadly my experience buying from Getspyfocus is the same as Feeney's review - these people are liars and cheats - just scammy fookers. However, I totally blame myself for not reading the spyfocus reviews before purchasing - 'schoolboy error'.

This company steals your money and will…
This company steals your money and will not return it. I have tried for over two months to get my money back. I had ordered two cameras but learned my WiFi was too powerful so cancelled my order within an hour. Victoria in Customer Service stalled me for four days, stating she could not find my order in the system. A week and a half later a parcel arrived. I did not open it, tried three times with Victoria and then Vincent, lastly, the support email address to get a proper return address...nada, zilch, nothing. I ended up going to a UPS store, returning the parcel to the shipping address, paying for insurance so the crooks cannot say I was careless, and paid to have someone sign upon receipt. I have heard nothing. Nor has my money been refunded. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS - THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!

Terrible - don't believe the recent reviews - ?????
Even the recent good reviews on here, god knows why they are marking 4 and 5 stars when there have been issues, state they have been billed for items they did not order. Look at the TP review pages for SpyFocus for the typical real customer experience - 99% bad reviews.
If you need security cameras buy elsewhere.
