SCAM
Avoid this company if you value your sanity. They are a total JOKE!!!!!!! Sending threats to cancel the policy due to documents not uploaded, that has been uploaded several times! Also, if you want to contact them, don't bother as they do not have a phone number and will refuse you access to your account to use the live chat (the only possible way of contacting them, how helpful!) paid them 1400 in July and now they apparently don't have an account in my name, absolute scam. Would rather have paid triple the price than to deal with this headache

Beware !!! Do not use !!!!!!!
Found this 'company' through compareni and the price they quoted was extremely competetive. took out policy on behalf of my partner as she needs 'business' insurance due to nature of her work. paid a rather high deposit and recieved documentaion that had incorrect details and only had SDP & commuting on the certificate. Logged into account (after some considerable hassle) and tried to amend the policy details and they wanted an additional £50 odd quid plus admin fees. Only communication option is 'live chat' and when i tried to cancel policy they where looking to charge me appx £55 risk fee and £31.50 cancellation fee. they said they would waive the 'at risk' fee but insisted on the 31.50 cancellation fee despite the errors on the policy compared to what i wanted. will report to financial obudsman, citizens advice etc as matter still in dispute. I asked to cancel policy about 1/2 hr after receiving certificate the same day i bought the policy. Policy was not due to come into affect until following day. Joke of a company, avoid at all costs!!!!!

Good price but frustrating problems with their website
Very good price and deal for renewing my car insurance but terrible problems with the website. Links sent to me in renewal notices didn't work, when I put in my details for the renewal they didn't work and after trial and error finally got connected using older correspondence. I did renew my insurance with them as by far the best deal but really frustrating experience with the website.

DEFINATELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I used this company because it came up cheapest for my daughter who just passed her test. Like a lot of others on here, th kept asking and asking for documents I'd already sent. They threaten to cancel the insurance and it was impossible to get to speak to an actual person on the phone. I sent the documents numerous times and eventually they said the got them all. This was over weeks, very frustrating. Someone did eventually phone me and even though I could see the endless documents uploaded to the site, I was told they weren't there. The lady was nice on the phone. Anyway, 3 months into the insurance I am getting messages informing me that I've drove over the mileage that I'd guessed would have drove and they are hounding me to top up the mileage. For an extra 1000 miles they are looking another £181.62, for 2000 mile top up thy are looking another £363.25 and for 3000 miles they want £554.87. Which makes it a lot more expensive than other quotes. I also wish I'd checked the reviews before taking out the insurance and I will definitely not use this company again and woukd strongly advise anyone else not to use them either.
