We spoke with Navi on two separate calls. One call was made to resolve some simple technical questions. The other call was to order two more emergency buttons. Navi was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved all issues. Great service!
Ignored for weeks, replied only after threat — unacceptable service
When I was still a client, GetSafe usually replied within a few days. But after I ended my contract and urgently needed my Schadenspiegel for a new insurance, they completely ignored me. I emailed them on 1st of August 2025, again on the 7th, and even contacted them through the app — no response for over three weeks.
Only after I set a strict deadline and threatened to escalate the matter to BaFin did they finally reply on the 22nd of August 2025. The message came with emojis and excuses about “high workload,” which is no justification for leaving a customer in limbo for that long.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. If you value timely and serious customer service, look elsewhere. This lack of professionalism and disregard for the customer’s time was ultimately the reason why I left GetSafe. And this experience confirmed to me that leaving them was not the wrong choice.

I have been trying for days to recover my KeepSafe account. I receive the verification code, but it always shows an error message when I enter it.
I contacted support multiple times, sent detailed emails, and all I get are generic links. No one is actually helping me.
I have very personal and important photos backed up to the cloud. I trusted this app with my memories, and now I can't access them.

I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS monitoring as well back in December for my mother. Set up and tested. Called to let them know it wouldn't pick up her voice. They would turn up sensitivity and call back. Never happened. This cycle went on several times. My mother fell. The customer service is AWFUL. They will not refund my money for the unit which has never worked appropriately despite numerous phone calls to the company and NEVER any call backs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Absolutely fabulous service. My claim was dealt with very promptly and professionally by the insurance team. Clear communications. The claim was also during the free credit period within a month of taking the policy due to an unexpected accident. Cannot recommend more.
Unser Fazit: Nicht vertrauenswürdig
Die Vorgehensweise des Kundenservice ist für uns nicht nur durchgefallen, sondern hat auch viel Stress ausgelöst. Der Abschluss der Versicherungen geht einfach und schnell, aber was dann folgt, ist schlicht nicht hinnehmbar. Versicherungen würde ich dort nicht wieder abschließen.
Gekündigte Versicherungen werden weiter berechnet, versprochene Gutscheine nicht ausgezahlt. Anfragen, bei denen es etwa um die Kündigung von Versicherungen geht, wurden so lange ignoriert, bis eine automatische Verlängerung stattfand - nun muss ich also unserem Geld hinterherrennen? Getsafe hat hierzu noch nicht einmal geantwortet. Eine andere Anfrage vom gleichen Tag wurde nach wenigen Stunden beantwortet, hier ging es auch nicht um eine Rückzahlung. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt... Bei meinem Sohn wurden ebenfalls fälschlicherweise Versicherungen abgebucht, die schon gekündit waren. Dort erfolgte die Rückzahlung nur als Guthaben - eine Rückzahlung des Geldes sei auch bei einem Fehler seitens Getsafe leider nicht möglich. Ein Schelm, ... Sie wissen schon. Wie Sie sehen: Hier geht es in unseren Augen nicht um das Wohl des Kunden, sondern darum, auf Biegen und Brechen Gelder bei Getsafe zu aquirieren. Nie wieder, 0 Sterne.

Versicherungsschaden wurde abgelehnt, weil vermietete Gegenstände angeblich nicht versichert sind. Laut AGB sind fest erbaute Gegenstände jedoch versichert. Nun warte ich seit Wochen auf Antwort. Habe auch schon mehrere Male angerufen. Ich werde jedoch nur mit einem Rückruf der "Experten" hingehalten.

Ohne Einzugsermächtigung wurde drei Monatsraten eingezogen, obwohl es eine Bestätigung der Kündigung per E-Mail gab. Auf die Rückzahlung warte ich nun bereits einen Monat. Unseriöses Unternehmen!
Bekannte haben Ähnliches erlebt. Dort war es angeblich nicht möglich, Kreditkarteninformationen aus dem Kundenkonto zu löschen. Man solle sich dann eine Fake-Nummer ausdenken...
