I recently had the pleasure of working with John Shea of Signature Carpet One of Fremont. His team was so easy to work with.Robin,the estimator gave a concise Informative explanation of the work to be performed. The men worked diligently to complete the job in the specified time. John was an excellent communicator & answered any & all question! BONUS The Floors Are Beautiful!

John Shea, the owner runs a great company that hires good people and treats employees well. We are happy to get good quality product and installation and choose to work with this company where possible.

Great service and friendly people

I was very happy with our collaboration with Monica and Signature Carpet. I design and manage home renovation projects for busy homeowners throughout the SF Bay Area and recently had 2 homes that wanted carpet and Signature Carpet made it extremely easy for me. They measured, placed the order, installed when we were ready. When there was a concern, they were very responsive. I will absolutely use the again for future projects and highly recommend them. Thank you for making my life a little easier!

We wanted to replace carpet with tile in the bedroom wing of our home. After extensive searching and multiple estimates from flooring companies without success, I found Signature Carpet One in Fremont. Stefy Paganoni listened, asked questions of me and my husband and presented us with style and design options for 1200 sq ft of tile and 500 sq ft of carpet. Stefy is a very skilled designer, has a classical/modern approach (she is from Italy!) and offered us great solutions, such as a tile rug to blend with the existing tile in the other areas of the house. My husband, a structural engineer, wanted highly skilled craftsmen to insure each detail of the flooring construction and tile work was designed and executed perfectly and John Shea, the president of the company, delivered an expert crew and the perfection desired. The contractors and tile floorers were all very skilled and the work was beautiful! Was a real pleasure to have this work done by the team at Signature Carpet One and we are so happy with the results!

Was a wonderful experience getting to know this team. John , the owner is a super cool guy. Has so much of warmth and welcoming nature that you would like to know a person like him. Work done was amazing His people are so reliable as looks like they have been working for John all their life. Very sincere and excellent attention to all details. They got the job done as quick as I needed too. The customer service manager I got was Monica,.... the reason i went with them was because of her. She is one lively person that any company would like to have. Later realized everyone there is a pleasure to know.

Signature Carpet One Fremont has been in business for many years. The owner started as an installer so he knows the business from the ground up. From the top down this is a team you can trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature Carpet One Fremont to anyone. I use them myself.

Good help selecting carpeting, installation was fast and the end result looks good

I'm a commercial customer with the potential to offer future business. Looking to replace the break room and bathroom floor in my Distribution Center. Initial contact was fine, but took forever to get a quote. Finally got quote for break room but there were problems with the bathroom quote which required followup. Had to reach out to the sales rep three weeks later, who apparently "misplaced my file", but still did not have the bathroom quote. Behind schedule so agreed to get the break room done and worry about the bathroom later. Installers showed up as scheduled but needed additional supplies and claimed they's be back later in the day. They did not return that day, did not call and then showed up the next day. They finished the job and left without talking to me. Installation was fine but communication was not. Never heard back about the bathroom and have now moved on to another contractor. Not the way to develop new business. Three stars for the quality of work and product, but service issues were a major issue.

They offered good products - we selected Hunter Douglas pirouettes. The staff was knowledgeable about the product, they helped with a variety of options till we nailed down the product that suited us. They were courteous and helpful through th color selection. The installation was within the timeframe expected, and went smoothly. The installer was professional and experienced. I would reccomended them highly!

I stopped in many times and they were always willing to spend time with me and answer any questions I had!
