Completion of Cert IV in training and Assessment
I was impressed with the professional way in which my facilitator conducted themselves, making it easier for me to meet my obligation's. That’s what makes undertaking a course so much better and enjoyable, getting to the end goal of accomplishment.

Great people, so helpful!

I love the fact that staff were there to support me throughout the course.
I really appreciated the support from the staff when I needed assistance. The follow-up was excellent, and the team was friendly and approachable, helping me navigate throughout the course with ease. Overall, my experience was fantastic!

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. Despite waiting over 7 weeks for my certificate, the facilitator continues to make excuses with no genuine effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this organization to anyone due to their poor communication and lack of accountability.

Hi Marcin,
I appreciate your feedback, but the soft copy of your certificate was provided to you a couple of months ago. Regarding the USI posting, the RTO provider administers and supervises the execution, ensuring that all students follow the timelines.
The annual posting will take place in May next year if the course was completed this year (from January 2025 to December 2025). If the course was completed last year (from January 2024 to December 2024), the USI posting update will begin in May 2025.
Thank you for your understanding of these process timelines, as this is outside our scope.
