Scam

I was doubtful about using this service and in hindsight I really shouldn’t have… It’s a scam. A 25€ deposit was asked for using the powerbank. A few days later and that deposit was definitely taken, LOL. Never using this again

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Scammm

Absolutely disgusting this was basically a scam. We paid the €25 deposit as well as the €2 to use the charging bank and never received back the €25 deposit. Even after continuous back-and-forth communication with the automatic WhatsApp advisor who continuously sent receipts saying that the money was sent on their side when it definitely wasn’t even after sending proof on numerous occasions of our bank transfers. this is an absolute scam DO NOT USE ! I wouldn’t use it ever again!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We can confirm that we immediately processed a refund to the bank details you provided as soon as you informed us there was an issue. When you advised you still had not received the deposit, we went ahead and transferred another €25 as a gesture of good faith to ensure you were not left out of pocket.

We have requested proof from your side on so that we can investigate any potential banking error; however, we have not yet received a response (related to the bank statements, not credit card statements). We take these matters very seriously and remain committed to resolving this issue for you. If you are still experiencing any problems, please reach out to us directly at help@getjuice.nl with any supporting documentation so we can work with your bank to quickly resolve it.

Easy to use

Easy to use. However something went wrong with the retainer and it wasn’t refunded immediately. I contacted the company and it was fixed immediately. Incredibly reliable and costumer oriented!
