I've been using Getflix for a number of years and it works well. A few times there has been an issue, but the support team is extremely responsive and provides updates until it's fixed.

Your company can improve by helping to get Hulu back instead of just a reply that the Engineer team is working on it. I hear nothing from them, just the above reply and then they want me to rate their service. I am not rating any service before someone assists me!!

Had an issue trying to 'force' update…
Had an issue trying to 'force' update my IP address as instructed but it did not work and wrote back to their support and answer came back instantly advising that it is an issue at their end and they are looking into it. Appreciated the quick response as it saved me plenty of time trying to fix it thinking it was an issue at my end when it was not. So great support from the Getflix team. thank you.
