Their service works perfectly and cover my needs, their customer support is fats and courteous.

Has worked pretty flawlessly in the years I have been using them. Whenever there has been a query or issue then technical support has always been prompt and effective.

This is a great service for accessing geo-locked content in the USA, UK, and AU.

Up time has been quite good without slow downs I get when using a VPN.

I have been with Getflix going on 10+ years. They have only got better and I've never needed to go anywhere else. Their vpn over dns service is superior to a basic vpn for 90% of my needs, works everywhere where vpn is blocked so why change?

Support is fricken great and the yearly deal is by far worth it.

Been using them on the lifetime subscription since 2018. The best service or decision I've made regarding streaming. Moved isps and home and it continues to work flawlessly with DNS setup in my router, downtime very far and few between it's actually not worth mentioning because the email support is quick to resolve. Getflix is one of those best kept secrets out there. Thanks this service guys♥️

I’ve been a customer for a number of years and the service is excellent. Does exactly what o need and no other provider has been able to do this. Recently had an issue with Now TV in Ireland and the team were super responsive and together we solved the problem.

It is working now as I hoped but it took a few days to get my laptop properly configured. I tried a 3 day trial version and could not get any support during that period. When I did get a response from their support team they were very responsive but it took 2-3 more days before the software worked and only after they took over my laptop remotely to make some further configuration changes. I use Getflix to watch content in Australia while I am living in The Netherlands. It connects immediately and does not have the bandwidth overhead that a VPN only product has and which was the reason for me wanting to try a SmartDNS solution. I would still like to try the VPN option when I need that security for banking or unsecure WiFi use. I have not configured it yet for use on my iPad and iPhone. One side affect of my use on the laptop is that I cannot use the 5G kHz wifi band as the configuration changes are not compatible with mirroring my screen to my Smart TV. I am using the 2.4 kHz wifi band instead.

I have subsequently been able to get my iPad configured to also use the SmartVPN feature but this required help from their support team. I could not get a response after logging a request using the support link on their website so it was eventually necessary to send an email to the support address at Getflix. I then received a prompt response with some clear instructions on additional changes needed. The instructions on their website were not sufficient on their own to be able to use all the streaming platforms I use. Hence the need to get additional support. The product also now works very well on my iPad and so I am very happy with the product.

The support is very good even with the occasional data center outage that happens from time to to time. Maybe 1-3 times a year.
I use it to stream services outside Australia and it works a treat. have been using it since 2016 and have a lifetime subscription.
It's been well worth it.

Also you get a VPN account with your subscription and it is easy to use, but not all websites (especially streaming platforms) accept VPN connections, so really depends on your use case scenario.

All in all I highly recommend Getflix!
