Getcustomneonsigns Recensioni

I absolutely love my sign! And my sister was exceptionally pleased.
I submitted my custom order and they got right to work. Other quotes were for 3x-4x the price that custom neon signs quoted me. This company was More than willing and happy to keep within my budget. It was a purchase that most definitely made my Christmas a happy one! (Other quotes were in the thousands for the same design but just 1 size bigger.
Everyone needs to know that it might get pulled at customs, making you need to pay a fee to have it delivered. They refunded me but in US dollars..... i live in Canada so there's a balance still owing to me. One of the mounting pegs has a screw thats too small and loosly jingles inside the peg. No big deal there and over all, the item it looks great, my sister loves it!
I suggested maybe offering to take pics during the process to make it more personal! Cute idea! Don't you think so?!?
Fantastic and helpful crew, always responded with an hour during the work week. Great customer service!
Thanks guys.

Ordered a custom sign for my parents garage bar (BARage) and they love it. The customer service was amazing and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My sign looks just how I imagine it and the quality is amazing!!!

I got my husband a sign for Christmas that he can use for his traveling show and it's great! The quality is fantastic and the light is awesome. He plugged it in immediately and he was really impressed. Really happy I made this purchase! Worth every penny!

Very small. Was told is was 2x5 and no where near that..wish i could get a refund or please contact me.

Horrible sign. Wayyyyy smaller than I paid for and was shown/told I was getting. It is barely 14” tall - and was shown MUCH larger. Very disappointed. Wish I could get a full refund for this product - can’t even put up at my business. :(

Was a little hesitate after I realize where it was being shipped from for the time frame I needed it BUT..it came just in time with the product in tacked and works so far so good :)

Custom sign looks great. Just as requested and made it in time for Christmas. Amazingly, ordered it two weeks prior.

As the owner of Franklin House Boutique Hotel (in Cowan, TN) I could not be happier with the quality and appearance of my specialty signs. People are already noticing and asking so we will give them your contact info. The staff at Getcustomneonsigns worked diligently to execute a positive experience for me in every way as a customer.

All I can say is a HUGE "THANK YOU"! We requested a last-minute custom sign of our logo to be made for our holiday party. Not only did they meet our crazy tight deadline but they were incredibly helpful and responsive during the entire ordering process.

My sign was exactly what I asked for. The company communicated with me every step of the way. If I had any questions they were quick to provide information. the quality of the sign is great and I love that they provide a very good battery operated option. I would purchase again and recommend them to anyone looking for a customized neon sign.

The custom design process had quick feedback from the vendor. The LED neon sign is a much more reliable and friendly product the traditional neon signs. The sign is so incredibly bright, I had to turn down the brightness using the remote that came with it. Fantastic vendor, fantastic product, fantastic experience.

Great customer service from everyone I worked with! They helped me in creating a custom design, and were very patient and helpful throughout the entire process!

Can’t rate this high enough. Loved the customer service and fast turnaround time. Even for a custom design. I will order again!

Was so surprised on how fast our sign came, we needed it urgently and it got to us in Tennessee in one week! Worked out so great at our influencer workout event, everyone loved it and was the main area for pictures!

Ordering from Thai incredible company literally saved my life! As a designer I need things done fast! Get custom signs did just that! From the personalized texts to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, to quick responses and even faster turn around times! 10/10 experience and I would order from here again!

They rushed out an order for my grand opening of my store & made sure to get it to me on time. The light is BEAUTIFUL everything I wanted and more.

After purchasing my sign i immediately became wary that I'd made a terrible error in judgement when I saw the shipping information that it was coming from China. Found myself on this review page, and the only reviews at the time were that it's a scam. Went back to the website and came across several typos, and a blog posts section that had over 10+ posts all made in the same day. I panicked for 6 days and then I got it in the mail. Exactly what I ordered. In working order. With all the equipment promised. And a week ago, they followed up with me to check that everything is in working order.

We've gotten compliment after compliment about it, and I'm having trouble reconciling the quality of the site with the quality of the product. Some companies truly just don't have great websites.i can't say it's not a scam because I can't speak to other people's experiences. But for me, everything went down legitimately. If you're on the Western hemisphere, you're gonna get responses later at night. Make sure to respond then because that's when they're actively in business hours. Maybe that will make the difference.

I have bought several large signs from this company. My second sign was not functioning properly & the quickly sent a replacement. This sign suddenly lost function in a few letters. I was super thrilled they honored their warranty. I have full confidence in this company and will buy more as I need. The quality is gorgeous.
