Broken product
I ordered a light of my grandson's name Rhett and it was only partially working. Send pictures to customer support via email and no response on fixing the problem. Order number GCN2-13331. He is only five years old and is very unhappy.

Way better than expected.
My custom sign was exactly the way I ordered it. The sign was received a week and a half earlier than I thought I would receive it. The sign was received in perfect condition. It was very satisfying when it was plugged in and lit for the first time. It was better than expected.

They were so kind to help me after ( another company I used on Etsy for a neon sign stopped working after only about 15 minutes of being lit.) I got the fastest service and responses and they were so kind to price match after I just paid a separate company that was faulty I am very happy with my sign it looks beautiful and the quality is great! Thank you again so much for the quick service price matching and beautiful product! I will come back forsure for my next sign, and would recommend to others. The best part is they are based in the us unlike many online so the shipping was so quick and easy! Thank you!

Happy customer
To start the sign came out amazing. The customer service was even better. They answered all my question, gave me all the examples i asked for and made me comfortable. Shipping was done very well and my sign came in earlier than expected. All in all I’ll be ordering again in the future.! Great product.

My sign showed up and was better than I expected! Simply amazing! I highly recommend getting the dimmer option, because the light is so bright. If no dimmer, you will have to turn it off to sleep! My best friends daughter absolutely loved it for Christmas! Will be buying again from getcustomneonsigns!

Custom Neon Signs Saved Me!
Custom Neon Signs saved me for my special day!! I needed a last minute order for my destination wedding and they not only got it done and reassured me I would have it in time, they got it to me a day early and made sure it was protected properly so we had no issues with delivery. The sign was incredible and exactly what I wanted. It was easy to use and really elevated the party. Custom neon signs were so professional and I will most definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future!!
