Getcustomneonsigns Recensioni

Whoever is in charge of communication did a fantastic job and kept me updated every step of the way without having to inquire. They were very detail oriented and extremely prompt in getting the order done and shipped. The sign itself is much more than I could’ve expected. Overall, fantastic company and great work/art put into this. Highly recommend.

cute sign just as ordered; good info re mounting; took about a month to get so not in time for CHRISTmas, but OK; did not realize was ordering from outside USA

I made an urgently request for a neon sign designed for a hotel NY’s Eve party based on French Polynesia. They made it in 2 days and I received it 6 days after.

Fast, efficient service that listens to your needs!

The gift was for boss, which he loved. He has a man cave, so we figured something for it would be great. You made it easy to maneuver thru the options and your delivery was very prompt. Thank you

get custom neon signs comes through for us every time! With a quick turn around time, this team is responsive and cares to help us keep our clients happy.
These signs are great quality, store well, and we re use often. I have bought 7 already. Thank you!

Sign came out beautiful and customer service was great to work with!

We ordered a sign for the sweetheart table for our wedding and it turned out perfectly! We had one minor issue which was quickly resolved through customer service.

Thank you! This company rocks. Exactly what I ordered at the best price I could find online.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. While the sign met my custom specs (applied my logo), it didn't work. There was something faulty with electronics (connections were visibly rusty and dirty). The company refused to offer a refund since it was a custom order. So, I have a $219 sign that was purchased for an event that is garbage.

This is our second time ordering. The sign was priced well and looks great. Communication has always been good. Will definitely order again.

Our experience with the neon sign project was outstanding. From the online ordering process to the excellent and responsive customer service, we give it five stars. We had a very tight timeline, but the team was able to accommodate our rush order and the custom artwork we provided. The product arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged, and exceeded our expectations. Once installed, it became the focal point of our event.

Ordered a sign for my business logo and it was amazing, everyone loves it!

Quick shipping, perfect artwork, and priced right.
Will definitely use again when I need additional signage.

My product came on time and is perfect for what I needed. It was easy to order and customer service was very helpful. I would definitely order from here again.

While we've always wanted an authentic glass-blown neon sign, we were happy to have found this producer making LED-substitute "neon-like" signs at a much more affordable price point. We were impressed by the quick turnaround of the sign production, from art file to delivery. They worked with us to work around our specific requests when converting our logo into a light-up sign. The final result was a really nice addition to our new space. We'd recommend using them!

thank you so much
the sign was perfect and my friend was blown away
great job !

Our sign arrived as ordered and presented in the mock-up we approved. It was even earlier than we were told, even with free shipping. However, the workmanship left a bit to be desired. The clear acrylic panel the lights/logo were mounted on, arrived with scratches across it, as if it were an old piece of acrylic that was knocked around a bit before it was used. Or, perhaps the assembler did not take care. While the scratches are not seen when the sign is lit, it is seen when it is turned off. The edges of the acrylic panel also are rough, like it was sawed out, but the flashing never removed.

They were amazing, fast and everything turned out exactly how I had imagined.

It was amazing! Costumer Service, design team, shipping and final product. Fast, efficient and quality products

Very responsive to questions. Looks great. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.
