Thank you for your invitation to offer feedback, following completion of my Nordic Strength trial order, and sample of quality virgin oil. I am happy to respond, first with congratulations on your brave initiative in creating the Aeon product supply organisation.
You might like to know that I am a husband, father, and grandfather, still living with my wife in our Surrey home after the three grown up children have fled the nest, a house with garden bordering the River Mole (token of my passion for inland waterways). In retirement after a career in scientific research, I have been active in local politics, and after a short gap of 40 years, resumed competitive rowing, begun whilst at university. This has provided the vigorous exercise acknowledged helpful in recovering from prostate cancer, diagnosed in 2024.
Long aware of your professional reputation, I was attracted to your present campaign, so powerfully marketed through a compulsive video. I was deeply concerned by it’s bold statement that digestion of protein declines with age, my scepticism then overcome by some supportive research. Perhaps, given the unique help of fermented milk, my contrived healthy diet might now yield more protein-enhanced muscle power, to enhance the benefit of that important exercise. My timed 2000m performance on the rowing machine ought to show it, but I fear any improvement might have been cancelled by age-related decline. The problem of course is that assessing the benefit of what was once known as alternative medicine is so necessarily dependent on subjective impressions.
Moving to olive oil, I can report that it has also been part of my contrived healthy diet for many years, striving always for the highest quality. As you say, that can be identified by quasi bitterness, plus of course elevated price. For a time I most trusted Greek producers, unable to say whether they offered the high polyphenol content you recommend, but taking for granted that generous consumption would make up for any deficiency. I will just add that having worked for some years in Italy I was well aware of a national reputation for unchecked contamination of food products, notably wine, alongside an abundance of low grade oil, typified by what I acquired from pressing the olives from my tiny garden. However I acquired a lifelong love of their whole-grain bread (pane integrale), approximated for me nowadays by ridiculously expensive Gail’s sourdough. As you will know, there are nowadays several brands of oil on the market specifically claiming the high quality you commend, considerably cheaper than Ancient Roots.
Whilst not committed to ordering more Aeon products, I am conscious that my assessment of their likely benefits may have been over-dependent on an analytic approach, rather than the faith required. I admit to extensive reliance in the past on every so-called joint remedy, in an effort to maintain the physical mobility so essential for an active life, and seem to have succeeded, despite the odd twinge in my knees ! So I wonder if my attempt to balance faith and analysis makes me an untypical customer, or reduces the value of my feedback ? I do hope not, as I believe you deserve to succeed in your lifelong enterprise.

Be very careful! Very distressed with this company: after I returned the initial purchase as it was so disgusting, and having received a refund, I was horrified to be emailed with a second batch. When I complained, I was told that unless you unsubscribe you will continue to be mailed products you do not want. Shameful. I even had to pay postage on the returned goods. They agreed to refund a second time. Do not touch Aeons.

Dreadful company. Took additional charge from my account although I certainly didn't order another bottle! You can get a superior olive oil at a fraction of the cost (without any hassle) from Holland and Barret. Would never recommend buying anything from Aeons.

Excellent cocoa powder. I use it daily on my oatmeal and it keeps me full and also has curbed my sweet tooth. Disappointed I haven't lost weight but i have not stopped eating one dessert daily, and my energy levels are low due to fatigue with fibromyalgia. Making a chocolate milk drink does help me sleep and I don't put sweetener in it. This is an enormous benefit to someone who has struggled to remain asleep after 2 or 3 hours. I have a measure of chocolate 5 out of 7 days and really enjoy it.

I wanted to update an order for Ancient Roots Olive Oil which I use constantly and add an order for Golden Harvest - the customer service call was very easy and efficient!

As a 80 year old male I was looking for relief to my muscle loss after Cancer Treatment resulting in type 1 Diabetes. I lost 3 stone in weight most coming from muscle loss.
Eating more food was not the answer and I was reading a report on line into Aeons and the powder milk. Which to me I was willing to try most remedies to see how or if it would help me.
All I can say up to now is I have not put weight on but most of the pain I had in my leg muscles is now at a minimum and I do feel a lot better. The way I look to the future is small steps at a time will keep making the drinks each afternoon after my 2 mile dog walk.

I have been taking EVOO for one month now and for all it is early days know that the pain i suffer in my back is easier, and I certainly feel better from inside, more relaxed and a much better general feeling. I received my 2nd monthly bottle exactly on time.
I take one good tablespoon each morning when I get up and will continue to do so. I have recommended EVOO to several people and will co tinker to do this also

I have noticed that my hair, skin, is silkier and softer, my knees feel stonger ( I am awaiting knee replacement operations)

I bought the olive oil and took it for 3 months, but didn't feel any particular benefit. I also bought 3 months' supply of chicken bone broth for £139-80, taking it daily for 2 months. Not feeling any particular benefit, I decided to call on the 60 day full money back guarantee. I returned all unused packets and only received back £34-95. I was told I had to return all unused packaging to claim the full refund. I managed to find the packaging from my refuse bags in my garage, returning everything on 23 December 2025 at an additional cost to me of £9-50. I was told that the remainder of the money paid had been refunded on 25 January. However, there was no trace from PAYPAL nor my credit card company, taking me weeks of enquiries. I went back to the company and they insist they made the full refund in January. Further enquiries of the company could not trace the full refund had in fact been made; and they still owe me £104-85 which I have still not received. Their promised full money back guarantee is a con trick.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AFTER RECEIPT OF AEONS RESPONSE
Once again I am receiving the same old platitudes from this company. I am well aware of their requirements which I fully followed. Once again they are suggesting I get in touch with them to follow up. There is no point, as they constantly and continually fob me off. I have fully fulfilled their requirements to claim the money back guarantee at an additional cost to me of postage of £9-50, and still they will not send me the balance of the original price. They ow me £104-95. It has taken me weeks of emails, each one being responded to by a different named chatbot, so there is no consistency, and no-one takes responsibility. A thoroughly annoying and pointless effort on my part. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

After one month I started to feel better. I started with one spoonful per day but I have increased as part of my keto diet. After years of inflammatory agony, brain fog, depression - I am finding relief at last, naturally!

God to try something new

I was very sceptical of Olive Oil in general…before yours. My advanced years had taught me that, no matter how many times I’d tried it, it always tasted like cardboard in a glass…and I had no idea whatsoever why people wanted to pour it over their salads, or worse dipping bread into it before eating….seemed like a bad case of the King’s clothes to me.
Having a scientific background, I read with interest your take on the product you were promoting and I was tempted to give it one more try…for my health’s sake. I was a little apprehensive at the price, but am a firm believer that you get what you pay for…so I took a chance….and am so glad I did. We always cooked with vegetable oil but have switched now totally to Aeons lemon flavoured oil….for everything. Its flavour is perfect on salads, dipping, even frying steak, although this is rare, as I’m not a great red meat eater. I’m carefully trying to drink a nighttime spoonful …but caution is needed as I’m T2 diabetic and have to blend any dietary changes very slowly, but I’m up to a dessert spoonful now….still heading for the tablespoon goal.
I really feel the benefit of the change to my diet and am a fully converted Aeons user…please note I don’t say olive oil user….as I still think the bulk that is sold is still cardboard in a glass!
I read your reviews regularly and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the dietary changes Aeons has enabled me to accomplish. My diet wasn’t bad before but now I know it’s better…so thank you again for sharing the benefit of your experience.

I ordered one bottle of Olive Oil from Aeons but unfortunately I was charged twice. I contacted Aeons and they were very sorry and told me they would refund it right away, which to their credit they did just that. Haven't tried the Olive Oil yet but good delivery and good customer service.

I purchased the product in January 26 I was asked to write a review which I did not I decided to give it 3 months and now I have. When I was 75 I noticed that my muscles in my arms were deteriorating now aged 90 they have regained their strength and it has improved other muscles as well. I recommend any body with the same problem to use it.

Well I have 2 teaspoons of olive oil per night one spoon first thing in the morning before I have breakfast usually wait for a half hour before I start eating. It’s like religion to me when you start thing you can’t stop my joints are great and I’m getting on in years so I’m thankful for that.

I do not like the new formula - I did love the original formula and on the strength of that ordered 6 boxes.
