I want to put my house on the market in the next few weeks and stumbled across the Get Agent website.
I completed my details and received an emailed report of the best estate agents in my area within 10 minutes.
I then received a follow up call the following day from Ithiel Shaiyen to check I had received the call and ask if I had any questions. Her telephone approach, tone and communication was perfect! Not a hard sell, not pushy and gave super advice. She arranged for 4 agents to call me in a few weeks on a date suitable for me. Tips for selling were emailed over and the contact details of the senior sales at the estate agents. Very professional service, no cost to the customer and useful information. Well done Ithiel you are a credit to the company!

I picked 3 of the better agents. Got valuations and Gatekeeper, who i had never heard of, but had great stats valued higher than the other two. This made me a little nervous but the salesperson was local, had great knowledge and enthusiasm. They got the job. Even better sold after a week at asking price.
