Update; Not true: I was told you have authentication for other meteorites not this one once I decided to keep it since you said you had the documents but I was told you don't have authentication for this one. I have the email as proof.

I bought a Murchison meteorite for £355, they said there's authentication certificate/ provenance and the meteorite will come with authentication, it didn't and ,when I asked for it they said they don't have it, I completed a return but customer service hasn't responded after that and now I'm being charged. Do not use. They have cancelled refund to PayPal once.

Order a meteorite piece from them, came without the certificate of authenticity and box (as advertised on the website). Emailed them asking them fro support awaiting a response.

I buy regularly from Geofossils and they are the best Crystal, Gem, mineral and fossil sellers. Kim is so incredibly knowledgeable about them and always more than happy to advise and help with anything you need.
The products are the best you can probably get in the world because they are so particular about where they source them from. They are always shipped really quickly and arrive well packaged.
I do buy from other places sometimes too but my favourite is Geofossils by far.
The service is second to none.

I love my Apricot agate pendant, it's beautiful even better than the photo. The quality is great, from order to delivery was good. Would definitely recommend.

On top of the wrong item being sent in this order one of the other items was meant to be a peice of drilled green tourmaline, what they sent was a horrible almost black piece that when you shine a light through it is browny red!!!!! For £29 this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! As stated before I will NEVER be buying from this sight again, absolutely let down!!!!!

Since writing below I have had a reply which I do appreciate. I am aware that refunds take time and so will wait for this to arrive.
I appreciate the offer of reserving a Selenite charging disc but I have managed to get one from the crystal shop in Taunton.
I will consider ordering in the future should I need something.

When I placed my order it was for one main item a Selenite charging disc but was also drawn to another item so I decided to add. There was nothing on the website stating either item was out of stock. I receive an email stating one item was despatched which was not the item I really wanted but thought perhaps the other item would be despatched separately but that was my first mistake as the next day I was emailed telling me I would be refunded. I was not happy and emailed back and received an email which I feel was not good. I had advised that they could collect but after reading the returns policy I knew that would not happen so I sent the unopened package by last Friday which GeoFossils received on Monday 20/04/2026 in the morning and I know as it was tracked but still not heard about a refund. I will give it a few more days to see if a refund has been done before taking this matter further. Ian Radford

Bought some more Crystals earlier this week . The crystals are so lovely and the service is 5*. Again fully recommend wouldn’t buy from anyone else . LordMickyDee

Initially my order was not fulfilled correctly! After two telephone calls it was finally rectified. There was also included, two extra pieces for the problems I had encountered. Nice touch! I would use GeoFossils again with no worries. Many thanks.
