Quality product delivered in a timely fashion.

My CO2 inflator began leaking after 15 years! I sent an email for my lifetime warranty and received an new one with CO2 cartridges and absolutely no hassles. I now have three Genuine Innovations inflators and will continue to only buy their products. Great company and products.

I've never had a problem with any Genuine Innovations stuff. Bacon plugs work, air chucks work, CO2 carts work. It all just works. It all works well enough that I save people with flats on the side of the trail all the time and keep needing to buy more bacons!

Got a new mountain bike and needed an inflator to go with it. Ordered the updated version of the inflator i have been using on my road bike for over 15 years and it met all my expectations. It may be a few extra ounces but the straight forward trigger mechanism works every time. Had the occasion to help a fellow cyclist repair a flat recently... their inflator was going through CO2 rather quickly but my GI inflator got the job done straight away... very reliable.

Genuine Innovations cheerfully replaced a CO2 inflator that failed after several years. The only question they asked was "what's your address?".

Overall customer support was amazing but at the end of the day I had a warranty issue and was not able to replace the exact same pump with what I had because of it being sold out.

Great customer service. An o-ring disappeared from the charging head of my CO2 tire inflator. The company stood behind their product and their guarantee. Good company to deal with.

I don't generally give 5 star ratings because something could always be better but honestly, I don't think anything could have been here. I reached out with a problem - I couldn't get the head of my inflater to unscrew. Karyn answered immediately and sent me a new inflater (and pointed out that they are warrantied for life). 2 great reasons to keep buying them!

Excellent warranty service! After several years of owning one of genuine innovations’ CO2 inflators, it had a defect. I contacted the company by email, and they quickly responded with a replacement inflator and two extra cartridges. Great service, really appreciate it. Would use them again.
