Great response to an issue we had with out c02 inflators. A+

Customer service is great and the co2 inflator has been my favorite since I bought my first one in 2012. There have been occasional issues with the seal, but the pump works so well that it is worth using.

I just wish every company was as easy to work with, and stood by their products, like Genuine Innovations. I’ve been using their inflation system for as long as they’ve been in business, and they ALWAYS stand by their product. Kudos!

You would have had five stars except for the pestering for a review.

Was totally amazed by the customer service and support offered by Fanessa Parkerson. Have been a customer and ULTRAFLATE user for 10+ years...bailing me out too many time to count. I truly appreciate the quick turn-a-round and look forward to trying out the new upgraded ULTRAFLATE replacement sent...but hopefully not too soon!

you're getting off to a very bad start. my order arrived today but there was no shipping notification, no delivery notification, no name or apartment number on package, shipped from a different state than the company is in and with a different company name so i had no idea who this was from. i live in an apartment building so the chances of someone else taking it were high. i had to take the chance of opening it to see if it was mine. finally when i go to your website to track and see if it is mine without opening, you have no tracking on site and try to get me to download an app. immediately after the purchase you sent an email so i could review my purchase and then proceeded to make these mistakes.

I had some problems with an Ultraflate I bought and I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had with a product. I explained my issues and Genuine Innovations had no questions and REPLACED MY PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. GI has found a customer for life because of their awesome service AND them standing behind their products. Finding a company that does both nowadays is a rarity. When I do find that, I will go out of my way to continue to buy from that company.

The valve came fairly promptly. The only hitch is that I did not receive notification when it was being shipped.

Their service is out of the ordinary because they are very attentive and friendly. Perfect experience.

Needed replacements for my old non treaded CO holder. I wanted to keep my holder since it slips inside and your hand remain safe due to the cold temperatures the cartridges can create. Seems that local bike shops don't carry non treaded styles anymore.

I had an old, maybe 10-years or so, Superflate that took 12 gram non-threaded CO2 cartridges. It served me very well for many years. It eventually quit working and the next day I contacted Genuine Innovations. They replaced it with the new model which takes 20 gram non-threaded cartridges. I had the replacement in hand within about a week of contacting Genuine Innovations. Great customer service. From my experience I recommend Genuine Innovations, for me their products deliver many years of reliable service and the company stands behind their products. Thank you.

I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever had. I sent an email concerning a Product that had broken, they wrote me back the next day and asked for a picture, I sent the picture and my new product is being shipped today! I am so happy!

I have used their products for a very long time especially the co2 inflators. They are small, reliable and they fit everywhere. I use compact seat bags or just throw them in my back jersey pockets. I currently use the air chuck elite for my road bike rides. I have used it countless times, many miles away from home and never disappointed. The inside ring started to get loose and suddenly popped out, I sent a message to GI and they replaced my chuck elite with a new one. How awesome is that?
