My experience was excellent, I chain of emails back and forth because in truth I wasn't clear in what I was needing or looking for. I am of a certain age where technology especially IT defeats me. I narrowed down what I was needing with the help of Joe then the lovely Jane called me we ironed out the details and I got exactly what I needed and the generator is back up and running. Helpful, friendly, full of knowledge and experience. And best of all kind and patient, thank you.

Pakken kom utrolig raskt etter bare 5-6 dager, tenningslåsen som jeg bestilte var akkurat slik den skulle være👍🏻 luftfilteret ser ut for at det er litt for lite, men der kunne jeg vel ha sjekket litt bedre selv også før bestillingen. While it was not the most perfect transaction, and one shipment got lost in delivery, their efforts to remedy the situation and provide us with what we needed to repair our ancient generator were remarkable. My 2008 era low noise 1000 Watt Craftsman generator has a great Mitsubishi engine, and needed an out-of-production replacement fuel line to replace the dry rotted one.
And was giving significant fitment kick back (two different I.D sizes on each end, 90 degree bend within 2.5 cubic inches) to just create my own 90 degree angle tubing using super thane tubing and brass elbow combo. Ugh.
The generator sales dept. spent the time looking for a parts resource here in USA, and emailed back three links to successfully order the exact part number piece in Florida, they are on the way here to Fairbanks, Alaska now.

Very pleased with the customer service provided, they are now my first choice for future parts supply

Jane was very helpful. I got the parts I ordered and she sent me torque specs and valve clearances. I was all good.

I had a bad petcock on my Duromax XP5500. Amazon had sent me the wrong one when I bought one from them. A google search took me to generatorguru.com.
The one they sent did not fit BUT …after I provided the requested pictures they sent me the needed part at no extra charge. And I live 6000km away! Would highly recommend this company.

A fantastic web site offering advice and tips and easy to search but best of all I ordered a part in error and they were so helpful in how to return it etc. No quibbles and it was all my fault too. Definitely recommend them for parts and advice.

Ordered again from this company. I'm so impressed by these guys. Repairing and maintaining equipment that is only occasionally used (I use my generator in the Summer and have a service and test at the beginning and the end of the nice weather) can be very irritating. I'm not a mechanic, just an enthusiastic amateur. I can ask these guys any question, request to get a link to the part I need and have recently sent photos of the problem I had, and I get quick responses and the bit I need sent straight out to me. You used to be able to get this level of help locally, now you just can't. If it wasn't for people like Generator Guru I would not be able to maintain garden equipment at all. A great company!

Horrendous company. Yes your website says these are new improved capacitor but the 2 that you sent me are 1.5 times bigger than the original so they will not fit into the alternator casing. I sent you 2 emails with pictures and you deny i sent you any emails. Its funny how if you read all the negative feedback you deny they have sent you emails as well. You have no intention of giving me a refund your a scammer.

This company truly are amazing! My gasket set was missing 1 gasket, so I informed them and they sent out another set straight away 1st class post!

My experience over several years has been very good. They stock a wide range of spares which they ship promptly, but are also very helpful in answering queries.

My Hyundai HHD6250 stopped dead after 2 hours into an ice storm. I put it aside thinking it was now an anchor but after discovering the intake valve was not operating I removed the valve cover to find the valve pivot bolt had snapped.
