Professional and efficient
We recently had a fault on a UPS system at one of our sites - the response/reaction from Powertecnique was exceptional from the moment of reporting to the point of resolve.
The team were very helpful over the phone throughout, keeping us updated and ensuring we were happy with proceedings, and the operatives on site carried out the work efficiently and professionally, which was very much appreciated and noticed by all involved.
