My sister did it first and I was skeptical but she seemed different so I tried it. Few months in and I get it now.

I started GeneLean360 feeling overwhelmed, inflamed, and unsure if my body would ever respond again. What I’ve experienced over the past several months has been transformational not just physically, but mentally.

Since beginning the program in October 2025, I’ve lost 47 pounds, reduced inflammation, improved my digestion, and gained a much deeper understanding of how my body responds to food. My labs improved, my energy stabilized, and for the first time in a long time, I feel in control instead of confused.

I had tried several weight loss programs in the past. I knew something was missing because nothing seemed to work. After working with the GeneLean360 program, I felt so much better about myself. I started to break the old patterns that were causing the perception of failure. It wasn't all about the weight but about the whole mind and body. I loved the genetic testing because now I know the foods I thought were helping me weren't. I learned how to adjust my mindset around food.

Everyone is different, and GeneLean360 seems to understand that. My experience was wonderful and life changing. For the first time in over 40 years I have lost the excess weight, am able to easily keep it off and I am at the weight I was when I first got married. It took me about 1 year to loose around 37 lbs, but I learned how to properly eat to maintain my weight.

When I signed up for GeneLean360 in October 2025, I was at a point in my life that I needed change. I had tried nearly everything, I was tired, my joints ached, I had succeeded and failed at weight loss repeatedly and told myself, this will be the last weight loss program I ever purchase and I meant it. This time I was either going to win at the game of health or if I could not figure out why I struggle with my weight, then I was going to find a way to be content with being unhealthy and in pain. Needless to say – I really want to win this time.

Once I committed to the cost of the program, I treated it like an investment in myself, as if I was enrolled in school and learning a new trade and the subject matter was...ME. Any supplements I needed, I just thought of it like buying books or school materials that would only help me to succeed to graduation, meaning I will figure out this puzzle in my life for my body to release this excess weight and I will understand all the mental and physical requirements needed to maintain a healthy weight for the remainder of my life.

It’s only been a few months, and I am still learning this program. There has been so much information to understand, practice and implement. Information like: Having an assigned coach to help guide through the program, an online community for support, a genetic report, nutrition and exercise plans generated for my individual needs (who knew the cheese I love so much was making me gain weight), online videos, live calls with Dr. Phyllis and with coaches during the week to ask questions, and mind shift classes.

For the first time, I am learning how to connect the dots between how sensitive my body is to stress, which leads to chronic cortisol, which triggers inflammation (my aches and pains) and affects my insulin, which causes me to eat to regulate and my body stores fat in an effort to simply survive. I told you; this is like being in school, because the tools I am learning in this program are changing my mindset and my identity. All of which helps me to return to a less stressful state that is free to release this excess weight.

I am feeling better. I am managing my stress and have less joint pain. I have lost weight and inches in this process, currently down 15 lbs. and almost 2 inches from my hips and am learning so much.

This takes work, but it's worth it.

I decided to post this review after reflecting on my purchase and the product I received for that purchase. Please note that I did not purchase the entire GeneLean 360 program. I only spent $97 on the offer that was featured on social media which, I thought, was for a genetic test and results that would help me to start making actionable changes to address some weight gain I experienced. I am sharing because I guess I didn’t go into the consultation with the right expectations because I felt that the product was not worth the $97. I’m sharing my experience so that others can have the right expectation if they choose to move forward with GeneLean360.
I assumed I’d paid for a cheek swab style test like 23 & me or for a referral to a blood draw facility like Quest or Labcorp. I have engaged with similar products at a similar price point so I assumed that that is what this was.
My assumption was incorrect. For $97, I received a small package in the mail that included a pipette, a 2 oz ramiken (sp?) cup, a small vial and a booklet. As it turns out, the $97 covers the small package and a follow up call to discuss the results of the at home urine test. I took the test. Its results reflected that I was high in oxidative stress. I was told that the test looks at oxidative stress in the urine. However, if I am honest, I’m not sure what the test *actually* tests for. Again, if I had submitted a blood sample or done a cheek swab, I would feel more confident that the test is testing for what it says it tests for. I just know that I used the pipette to transfer my urine from the 2 oz ramiken to the small vial and my urine turned a magenta color which, according to the brochure, meant I was high in oxidative stress.

As an aside, I’ve been working with a functional medicine doctor for the last 2-3 months and I have seen major improvements in my energy and blood test samples. So I was quite shocked when I noticed that my oxidative stress level was basically as high as it could be, according to this test.

My consultation felt more like a sales call. She provided a wonderful presentation and I appreciated that. At the end, however, she used pushy sales tactics, myths of exceptionalism (e.g. reiterating that GeneLean 360 chose me and they only choose a few people) and some fear mongering (e.g. returning to the fact that my health will continue to be in jeopardy if I don’t act soon) to attempt to seal the deal. Because of my work, I am accustomed to the format of sales calls and the tactics used. I know when someone is turning on the tactics or when they are comfortable with letting you, the customer, choose. I ain’t mad at it, it just further dissuaded me from the GeneLean360 product. Ultimately, I did not make the purchase for the entire GeneLean360 program.

TLDR: I paid for a product that didn’t offer what I thought it would. The follow up call is a sales call to encourage you to enroll in the program.

I paid for the first meeting for genelean360 which was $97 on 8/11/2024. She rushed through a sales pitch and didn’t really want to hear what I had to say. I really intrigued and was considering, but was on the fence of “no.” My decision was solidified when she provided the price of everything. The whole tone of the meeting (that I paid for) changed and she rushed me off the call. I remember because I was camping with my family, and was in shock that a $97 was that short. I’m not sure the date of the meeting, but my receipt has a date of 8/11/2024 for payment.

Over a year and a half later and the follow up was a pitch to sell me a detox

This company does not clearly explain the way this company works. After a well crafted sales pitch they take payment prior to allowing the consumer to read and review the details of the service they are committing to. This practice can be considered to be somewhat deceptive as there is no true meeting of the minds as the potential consumer is given only the program highlight, not the full scope of the services provided by the company nor the magnitude of the financial expense that is levied on the consumer. They then attempt to refuse any refund of monies charged, even before there is a binding contract and before services have begun. This company needs to be more transparent upfront when speaking with potential customers and customers should ask for positive results of participants other than Dr. Pobee.

In response to Dr. Pobee, that just isn't true and you know it. You don't acknowledge the facts and the refund was only granted after I had my credit card dispute the charge. Consumers I say again beware. I was charged before even receiving the contract to determine if I would commit to the service. At no time was I told that would be done and requested a refund as soon as the contract was received and reviewed. At no time did I sign the contract or authorize the charge. Also it took several attempts to get a full refund. I highly suggest anyone interested do their due diligence and research Dr. Pobee. By the way, I have receipts. Let it go.

I see you cannot. If what you say is true, produce a signed agreement. You cannot.

I took the urine test and the score was high. Wonder how many participants have a normal result? Felt it was a very expensive sales pitch for a genetic test. $10k isn't in my budget, $700 for a 2 week cleanse! May have some validity, but not for common person.
