I placed two separate orders hoping to receive them by Veterans day . My first hat arrived and was exactly like the picture the second one had issues with the embroidery. I sent an email explaining my disappointment figuring I was out of luck.But I got an almost immediate response telling me a replacement hat was on its way. The new one is perfect. Thank you to Mia and the team at gearvet . I will give them my business again.

I have never felt with a more corrupt company. They had no problem whatsoever taking my money!!!! I have sent over a dozen emails asking about my purchase. They are all returned by a standard reply from "Mia".
I receive updates every other day showing me my order is shipped. I live in Salt Laker City and my last three updates where in this order. Your order has arrived to the shipping center in Denver Colorado, next was in Seattle Washington and the most recent in Anchorage Alaska. WTH?!?!?!?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

What a way to treat a veteran!!!

I ordered 2 USMC T-shirts and 1 USMC hoodie. I was really impressed with the designs of all of them. I really like the colors and how you have the EGA and USA flag on the sleeves. The material is very soft and comfortable. I look forward to ordering more items for my relatives who are Vets.

Excellent Communication throughout. I tried other vendors because I really wanted a custom polo. After vetting a few I almost gave up. Gearvet passed with flying colors. They provide prompt answers; normally within 24 hours, they also provided the example of my order to ensure my satisfaction. I wear a large shirt and I fit snugly into it. I am very pleased and will be ordering more merchandise.

I ordered a hat for my dad and asked if they could add the name of his ship instead of his rank: they did this and it turned out great! I have never been able to have so much communication with a company before and Amber was so quick to reply. I highly recommend Gearvet for any items and will def order again!

I AM WARNING ALL UNITED STATES MILITARY VETERANS, RETIREES AND ACTIVE DUTY AND THEIR FAMILIES YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WHO RUNS MULTIPLE OTHER CRIMINAL SITES TO STEAL FROM THE ONES WHO HAVE SWORN TO GIVE THEIR LIVES TO PROTECT THE CRIMINAL BUSINESS THIS COMPANY CONDUCTS! I ordered three items from them totaling almost $150 dollars and they mislead me for weeks and weeks which will be years eventually! I first noticed that the original order supposedly came from Grapevine Texas about four hours away from where I live, but then it started bouncing around in and out of US Customs but as a detective friend of mine at the FBI cyber crime division explained to me and so did USAA, well packages originating in Texas would never under any circumstances have to go through any kind of import or export service cause domestic shipping does not require it. On the days when I reached out to the company via text cause they don’t have a direct phone number and they don’t answer emails it was weird cause it would all the sudden move on a step in shipping.

My packages and mail go to my local UPS Store to my Personal Mail Box and therefore I wasn’t the only one who was watching for anything addressed to me by GearVet or its parent company as I was not once given a actual valid tracking number that links to any United States shipping company ie..,, FedEx, UPS, Ontrac or the United States Postal Service. I was given a tracking number who in reality is my “order” number and in no way is there any way of actually tracking your package delivery with any legitimate company. I AM PLEADING WITH YOU ALL KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE GO ELSEWHERE

Hi everyone, I am extremely impressed with Gearvet. I was skeptical at first but thought I would try through paypal. They responded super quickly regarding MY mistake in ordering. Mia ..... I have been customer for awhile Gearvet products are good quality at great prices customer service is top notch but what impresses me people other vets stop to ask where did you get that jacket or hoodie iam get compliments all the time and thanked for my service as a us marine veteran shipping is great even though it’s not very close thank you Gearvet

I am very pleased with the great customer service that I received. I needed to change my order to a different size. My request was answered very quickly. This is the best customer service I have received from all of the online retailers I have used in years. I will definitely order again.

This company has responded and addressed all my concerns. They are an excellent company to do business with. I fully stand behind them. It is rare in today's world to find an honest company to do business with, but thankfully, this company is one of these.

when I contacted them concerning an issue they were immediate in contacting be back and assisting me. Very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on my order, I submitted a change request almost as soon as I sent the order off. I had a remain within 12 hours informing me the order:request had been changed. I will continue to do my business with this company.

I ordered a Vietnam jacket for my dad for his birthday. He loved it. It was a wonderful gift for him. Loved the design. Customer service was great.

I placed my order at 2130 hours. The next morning At 0630 I received an email advising me my order had shipped. The shirts I bought run big and I wasn’t overly thrilled with that. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. All of their correspondences were within the day. Their products are of good quality. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
