I have dealt with many military accessory companies over the years, but, Gearvet is by far the most accommodating, courteous, and easy to deal with. These guys are on the top of my list. And the prices are good.

Purchased the Navy 250 Hat. LOVE the quality and detail!

It’s a good company that corrects mistakes quickly and professionally. My initial order of 2 caps came in with a small flaw and as soon as I confirmed it with Gearvet, Lisa took care of it; new caps were sent right away and they are perfect.

My experience has been completely wonderful with gearvet. There was a slight issue with the first jacket I bought but they replaced it immediately! I would and have recommended gearvet to all my colleagues and I’m hoping they will all order from you! Ty for your professional behavior.

Upfront, I never contacted this company re: my issues with their product because I purchased the shirt as a gift and I won’t have time to return it and receive the exchange in time for the birthday.

I contacted Gearvet before buying to be sure the XL would fit. The response was prompt and I was told that it would.

The shirt was just delivered within the window promised and in good condition. So far so good.

What I’m unhappy about: no where on the shirt is the size given. It appears to be an XXXL, at least. It’s absolutely huge and I’m going to be embarrassed giving to my friend. Not only that, this shirt is supposed to be handwashed. What guy is going to do that? The fabric is on the slinky side, like something used for a nightgown or pajamas. Overall this item is a major disappointment.

When I asked Gearvet for a replacement shirt that I ordered they were promt in offering me a shirt of a diferent size. I believe they care about customer satisfaction and I look forward to doing business with Gearvet in the future.

Outstanding company I ordered a phone case with my name, rank, years of service and they did a great job, took 2 weeks to get the phone case, very reasonable price and there customer service was A++++++

Let me just say it is very easy to communicate with there customers care . They have been on point to make things right. They have gone above and beyond to offer me extra for my time loss . I am now a forever customer. So bottom line is mistakes happen give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Gearvet is a top notch company that provides quality products. I've purchased several items, and I've never been disappointed. I made a typo on a Marine phone case, and they took care of my mistake right away.

I ordered a USMC phone case & the case i received was not the right one, they had me send pics of the case & my phone (clear size difference) took measurements of my phone & they sent a new case right away, everything went smooth & quick & they never questioned anything, it was a great experience from start to finish

I'm more than happy with the items I purchased from GEARVET. The attention to detail is outstanding and I love wearing my hat, shirts, and jacket out in public. The material they use is very comfortable, and easy to take care of.
I will definitely suggest that friends and family purchase these one-of-a-kind items for military person(s) in your lives, who have made their commitment to their country.

I ordered a particular U.S. Marine Corps hat. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I contacted the Company and they were deeply sorry for the mix up and within a couple days they notified me that the hat I had originally ordered had been shipped. This hat was shipped in a box unlike the first hat.
I can't say enough about the great customer service they provided.

Just great customer service

Ordered a cap for a friend who is a retired colonel in the Marines. The shipping took a little longer than I expected, but when they explained that items are made, it made sense & I understand. They were very responsive & kept in touch as the item traveled to its destination. Appreciate the great customer service & quality merchandise.

I had very particular requirements for what I wanted on my Navy retired cap. I knew what I wanted, though, and explained it to Lisa at Gearvet.
She asked questions, showed me a detailed mockup, waited for my approval, and then Gearvet delivered precisely what I wanted for what I think was a very reasonable price.
The delivery was efficient, but since it was custom, I expected some delay; however, it turned out to be not too bad at all.

The products are great but plan on a 10 14 day wait for delivery also since coming directly from China tracking your item is a pain.

The product was made with quality materials and it was delivered in a timely manner. I recommend gearvet for all your needs

I must say in a time when customer service is non-existent, the GearVet folks were super heroes. They received my question about my item and were totally professional. In the end, I got my item replaced and could not be happier. Two thumbs up !
