The item I ordered was delivered the next day and it worked a treat. Excellent service!

Great website. Easy to navigate very informative about the product great payment options. Plenty of customer service if requested. My only issue and its not with GFM is, the delivery company that delivered my purchase just left my guitar over my side gate , never informed me if delivery or where the item was. Maybe GFM need to get a delivery service that's more considerate of their customers as the items purchased aren't exactly cheap and replaceable if damaged or stolen. Otherwise the service from GFM is top quality

There was no adapter cable , the stand has no antislip to protect the key board from moving or falling off

My experience with Gear4music was not a pleasant one. The product when I eventually received it , worked fine but to wait a month was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be purchasing anymore products from your company.
To give an example, I ordered some home studio equipment from thomann and I had the products, "from Germany" within a week, so to have to wait a month is not good business.

The item was great, but the packaging was terrible, it shipped in the original box with no protective outer one. For something that was posted from Sweden the extra protection would have been nice.

Great product, great care, fast delivery

I paid for next day delivery. Got an email saying everything was ok. Then another to say it wouldn’t be delivered the next day. You shouldn’t charge people for next day delivery, confirm it in an email and then not give that service

Ordered a €400 guitar from them and opened it today and saw a big hairline crack in it... packaged in a flimsy standard carbord box so dont know if it got damaged in transit but a little bit dissapointed that i wasted money now.

A little difficulty with immediate availability of the 2 guitars I initially had chosen for my 13 yr old twins. Problem solved very quickly with one call to a very helpful sales assistant. Guitars arrived next day. Beautiful guitars. Perfect.
