The ‘Tablet and Phone Adjustable Tripod Stand by Gear4music’ is a terrible product that doesn’t work.
The slidable holders are loose and don’t hold your phone in place. You can’t record landscape because the phone will just drop.
Absolute shit product and waste of time

If harmomicas were magnetised would have been great i taught they were. The magnetic harmonica are the best holder out there, as dosnt interfere too much when singing.

It was fine. Had a slight issue where the wrong county populated for delivery, informed the support team and met with “computer says no” generic response. Nothing special, nothing bad either.

I bought some budget stage lights (MIDI wash) from them that turned out to be a lot less powerful/bright than stated (quoted as 70W each but typically consume less than 10W - peaking at about 20W. ) Half expecting this - before purchasing I did talk to one of the staff who seemed to know less about the product than I did but told me I didn't understand. (I am a tech consultant and sound engineer!)
The lights are here and are very underwhelming - but I have been told by chat they are to specification and not faulty. Not sure whether to pursue this -as i may be in a similar situation if I went for other lights.

I was nearly sure I ordered the coil version of the lead but maybe I mistakenly bought the straight version.
The lead however works fine

I was told I’d receive the product no later than Thursday 25th but didn’t receive it until the 30th

Love it but I've had it stitched 3 times because it's so long I couldn't get it tight enough to bring my malmsteen up jesus it's so long !! Lol

Cable arrived when estimated,replaced the old cable and all working fine

What makes Gear4music not great, but exceptional is the ease of use on site and quick response to any queries, also what's making Gear4music stand out above all competitors is the hyper postal service, being from Ireland ,and if product is fulfilled here , 2 or 3 days at it's at your doorstep , also I did have experience on returns and it's very straightforward, but , I will say to please if at all possible to include customers reviews on all products purchased, because I have found each and every time I want a speaker, stands or even a set of strings ,it's Google or even YouTube I turn to , but all in all Gear4music I cannot fault in any way ,
