Delivered very quickly, both safes looked great, the only thing was the ammo safe didn't come with actual coach screws, but this wasn't an issue, £5 pack from B&Q. Overall very happy with the service.

I ordered a gun safe from GDK, which arrived safely and promptly, well packaged. I did have an issue with the fact that two separate keys have to be used in the top and bottom locks and as they cannot be removed from the lock when in the open position position they cannot be kept on the same keyring. I find this highly inconvenient. On querying the arrangement to GDK I just had no reply at all.

Excellent 🦊 trap did what it says on the tin. A word of advice is to leave the trap in the garden but to cover it with cutaways from trees and other garden debris. After a few weeks our night visitor came to see it as a potential habitat and whilst investigating further he triggered the trap....I was able thereafter to have a stern word with him. Of course It was a one sided conversation!

Ordered a leather gun case for my husband in what I thought was dark brown and when we opened the packaging it was a horrible tan or light brown colour . I rang on the same day to query and spoke to a man (can’t remember his name) After a bit of persuasion he agreed to give me a free return and had the parcel collected by Parcelforce the next day . I’m now awaiting the refund but am happy with the service provided . Ordering online is easy , goods are keenly priced,very prompt delivery and always someone at the end of the phone if you have a query or problem. We bought a gun cabinet from there a few years back which is why we went to them this time . I do wish I’d queried the gun case beforehand as there were two to choose from , both with the same reference number and looked identical on the photos, the colour difference didn’t show up. Anyway ,all resolved promptly, would use this retailer again.
