This company is a joke ben 10 days and no payment GCCE-B99965-EA8B 172 dollars for a 215 dollar Victoria's secret card what a joke

Ref GCCE-C77661-1CB2. Same thing as other users, submitted 50 dollar gift card. Said I would get 39.50 (including 5 new user bonus). Got a confirmation email but when I got to track it says no submission exists. Emailed customer service - no response. Attempted to chat and also said no submission exists. My gc has a 0 balance now.

Went through the process before checking reviews. Now both of my $200 Visa gift cards are drained to Ebay, but my submission hasn’t moved. Website bot responds, but keeps telling me my case is escalated and I’ll receive a response in x hours. Still no actual human response. After a final attempt at the chat and waiting another supposed 30 minutes for response, the AI told me to contact the BBB because it couldn’t force the site operators to respond to me and had escalated on all available channels.

Update: now the website is down. Still no payout or communication.

Wasted time again responding by email to this fraudulent company that stole my money. I was shocked that someone from the FTC actually called me back! They have been in contact with the store my gift card was from. They said they had numerous reports about GCcircle and have an ongoing investigation into them. These people are 100% thieves and I look forward to seeing the site cease to exist.

Verification took longer than expected and I had to follow up for an update. The good part is payout eventually processed and received.

Extremely weird website they replied to me on here just not my email said that my card was not valid so they could not pay me but my $256 balance on it is now 0 ever since I submitted it never updated my entry on the website or put my money back on my card makes no sense to scam people and come on here everyday acting like you’re not scamming people GCCE-22E8C1-E37C

Honestly, I was skeptical because there are so many questionable site in this indistry. My gift card was verfied and the payment came through successfully, so i can't complain.

It has been 2 days and 9 hours without any response or any changes since my submission was received. I have had several rounds with the the chat bot and supposedly a human agent. I was told twice that my submission was being handled as a priority and handed off to a person(I have the name) and would be completed within a few minutes and I would be contacted. First time was over 24 hours, second time about 10 hours. Not one word! Then I was told to email operations and they would make it right. That was several hours ago. Still nothing! I am hoping that will be resolved VERY soon. I hope this is not a rip off and that I can update my review favorably. Please, I need my money!

Update: I finally got my payment. Thank you! Maybe if it is going to be an extended process just let customers know. I think that would ease people’s concerns.

So far my first submission has been outright deleted, not found in the system. How unfortunate that this company defraud people with their claims of being transparent. I'd like a response as to where my claim is at

Update: It's been 2 days, I checked my gift card balance and its at $0. They took the credit without paying me. Fck-ing scammers.

I submitted my card 6 days ago and was hesitant but on the instant chat was told I’d be paid under 8 hours. 6 days later my $50 card balance is 0 and I haven’t been paid. It showed where they approved it and was rate low risk a 15/100 on my end so that was a good thing. But after me sending several emails with no reply the instant chat aka Leo kept telling me he was bumping me to top of list and live person would join in any second and of course no one ever joined to help resolve my claim. I’m so glad I tested this $50 dollar one first before sending my $300 one. I do not know how this site is still functioning but I can’t stand a thief and now it’s my personal mission to make sure y’all don’t steal from anyone else!

This company lied and they send responses saying the gift card failed their tests. Ok so then where did my funds go?….. the card had money on it and now it just randomly disappeared

Going through hell right now trying to get my Airbnb payment after submitting an $500 gift card never been used so I am hoping I don't get screwed like everyone else has been saying on here. I am recently divorced as of May 28th I really wish I came here first to see the reviews they claim Oliver Grant was going to call me and email me it has been over 2 hours of waiting. I submitted yesterday and still nothing I'm Glad I didn't submit my other gift card I'm starting to think I was scammed like everyone else. I am definitely going to call airbnb to see what's going on if my balance is gone I'm definitely filing a lawsuit because this is wrong on so many levels. I was promised $370 and found out from the Leo bot that I should get more if I turn in my QR code receipt which I do have so it would $425 I would receive. They have. A lot of time responding to these reviews but not to pay people Ha! Edit to respond to their shady response : I never said the value was $96 did I? Clearly state the amount above. Secondly, the card now has $0 on it. The only place i've used the card number and access code is on your site. Stop playing games like this. not a good look--sadly they do not care one bit about customer service.
