Charming and cozy bed and breakfast with a welcoming team. They were updating the décor during our visit, so I would have given it a full five stars otherwise. Conveniently located within walking distance from Horley station, and there's a bus stop right in front for easy airport access—just plan for some extra time as buses weren't very punctual. There's a fantastic Turkish restaurant just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Booked through booking.com family room with photos. Family room has one double bed and a sofa bed, not the one double and 2 singles advertised.

2 teenage boys 15 and 16 took the booking bur couldn’t accommodate.

This guest house is a great find ..So much so that I’ve stayed there 4 times this year. Excellent value, staff are so friendly & helpful. Everything clean & so close to both Horley & Gatwick train station. Bus stop right outside the property & only a 5 min taxi ride (£13.50) if you choose not to get the bus to or from the airport.

Needed somewhere to stay and park for the week after BA mucked us about and Gatwick Turret Guest House came to the rescue. Gave an excellent price and left keys for us for a late arrival and early departure. Very comfortable bed and bus stop across the road for very easy Bus Route 20 to Gatwick (even very early on Sunday morning) - on time and just £2. All in all a very good place to stay and leave the car.

I enjoyed staying at Gatwick Turret Guesthouse and would return again. The building is delightful and full of character, the staff are friendly and helpful. The bus from the airport is a short ride, easy to catch and stops right outside the house which is not far to walk to the village shops and the train station. An ideal location after a long flight! Thank you.

We found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. Both over the phone and in person. Our check-in was not a straight forward one, but they had that covered in that an envelope with explanation had been left for whichever staff was on duty at the time of our arrival. The rooms are comfortable. Horley town is just a short walk down the road where one can find restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and grocery stores. There is are bus stops in front of the property that take one to and from Gatwick Airport. All in all, a good place to stop over. We would definitely recommend Gatwick Turret Guest House.

Location is great for airport.
Do not book directly however as they keep putting extras on the bill, so you end up paying much more in the long run. Breakfast, although we were charged for two cooked breakfasts only 1 was given, no apology no refund. To make things ironically better, the cooked breakfast we did get was inedible, so we both left hungry. The hotel was clean and all facilities worked. Just book via booking.com etc so you don't get fleeced and don't eat the breakfast and you'll be ok

Great renovated traditional English hotel, with lovely people who run it. Warm and genuine hospitality.

Great little B and B. Friendly staff. In the middle of decorating when we went otherwise I’d have given 5*s. Easy to walk to from Horley station and bus stop right outside for the airport (although the buses were not good at time keeping so allow a little extra time). Great Turkish restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Great guest house, super clean and cute. The staff is so friendly. I’m particular, Charmaine was lovely and helpful. Very short walk to town where there are many restaurants and shops. Super short ride to airport.

Awesome guesthouse so lovely and homely. Lovely experience all round. Brando also gives you a lovely welcome.

The owner was very welcoming, the place was clean, my room small but ample for sole traveller.
Breakfast was very good, great taxi service just 5 mins from Gatwick airport!
I would use this guest house again.

Great,welcome,very friendly,clean ,comfortable beds,with small but perfectly working unsuite lovely freshly cooked english breakfast,asking what you would like and how,also a variety of cold breakfast options at a really good price,bus to airport right outside runs all the time,hourly throughout the night from 9a at terminal North,used to stay at a larger chain previously, no more,will definitely be coming here again,and would highly recommend anyone to stay here,they try to give ground floor rooms if you have heavy luggage, but obviously not always possible, but only 1 flight of stairs,easy instructions for early arrival (3am),only suggestion, is if there could be a rail or something to lock luggage on if on 1st floor,would be amazing,but worth the struggle,felt like a family visit rather than a perfectly staged impersonal larger chain,Thank you for having me

We stayed 1x night here when we were flying out of Gatwick the next morning. It's a lovely little guesthouse with friendly owners. The room was clean and the area is quiet - exactly what we needed. We were also able to catch the bus directly outside and it got us to Gatwick Airport in just over 5 mins. Would recommend!

Great hotel, easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Lady at front desk really helpful. Would stay here again if flying out of Gatwick

I arrived a bit early and that was not a problem. The ever so helpful and friendly couple sorted the room out. They pointed out shop and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Lots of tea and coffee. Refurbished lavatory and shower. The house is close to the centre only about 5 min walk down the road.

Great location, helpful and useful information sent prior to arrival. We didn’t stay for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. There was a charge for parking, which I wasn’t aware of (only £5 a day).

Nice friendly hotel with good parking facilities for extended parking. Nice optional breakfast of continental or full English. Convenient for LGW airport.
