We honestly couldn’t be happier with…
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received so far! From the very first phone call to book a viewing, right through to having our offer accepted and seeing the property marked Sold STC, the team has been absolutely fantastic.
Sam has been so helpful from day one, always responsive, professional and happy to answer any questions we had. Grace is so friendly and knowledgeable and was absolutely brilliant with our children, which really meant a lot to us. She never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions. Dan has also been fantastic, really friendly, informative and always on the ball, keeping everything moving and making sure we knew what was happening.
Buying a house can be such a stressful and overwhelming process, especially with two toddlers thrown into the mix, but they’ve made it feel so much easier and have always been there whenever we’ve needed them.
We genuinely can’t fault them in any way and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done so far. We’re so pleased to be continuing this journey with them and can’t wait to (hopefully!) get the keys to our new home.
Thank you all so much for everything you’ve done so far – you’ve all been amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gatekeeper to anyone.

The viewing was excellent
The viewing was excellent, nice and helpful staff member Taylor has taken me around; on time and with lots of local knowledge.
Booking the viewing was a bit cumbersome as could not be done via Rightmove and was unavailable many times at the Gatekeeper's online portal itself.

I have used Gatekeeper to manage my rental property successfully since 2019.
I have used Gatekeeper to manage my rental property since 2019 in the Swindon area. I have always been supported by a very professional, efficient and friendly organisation.
The process from onboarding new tenants and off boarding departing tenants is really closely managed by Gatekeeper.

Highly Recommend
I can't recommend Gate Keeper highly enough. Selling a house can be a stressful process, and mine was even more so with a Section 106. But they worked incredibly hard from start to finish to get the sale over the line. Big Thanks to Lucy! Their communication was excellent throughout; they were always professional and proactive, and they went above and beyond to overcome every challenge that came up.

We had a fantastic viewing today and the lady who attended who I believe was Taylor was a really lovely girl - very attentive, professional, friendly and helpful! We had to travel a large distance and the team organised an appointment with very little notice to help us out! A first class service and we can highly recommend.

Contacted Dan From Gatekeeper to sell a former buy to let property, was on the market for not more than a week before receiving an offer that I accepted after some negotiations.
Obviously we have not completed yet but initial sale process could not have been simpler, so far would heartily recommend.
