Gatekeeper Recensioni

Amazing service, highly recommended, I was made to feel comfortable and I received all the information I needed and the viewing didn’t feel rushed so I’m happy with the service.

Grace made me feel really comfortable and welcome in the property. I wasn’t made to feel rushed or like I can’t ask questions etc! Thank you ☺️

Our first contact with Gatekeeper Estate agents, was with Phil Kendall their: Senior Partner.
What a reassuring breath of Fresh Air!
Having had three other large commercial estate agents visiting us to provide valuations; it was very easy to choose Gatekeeper.
Phil communicated with us in clear plain language, he took great care to understand our particular circumstances; and displayed real in depth knowledge and experience within the housing market.
He suggested an initial sensible short term contract, and offered a very competative sales commision rate:
Dan Thorne carried out the majority of our viewings. Witnessing his very skillful empathetic style with potential buyers was impressive. He must have given all potential buyers the comfortable feeling that nothing was too much trouble for them.
Communication with all the personel at Gatekeeper has been totally professional but relaxed and friendly.
We would highly reccommend Gatekeeper to any one needing to sell their property.

Laura the agent was really professional, friendly and helpful. She answered all our tricky questions honestly. You could tell this is an independent local company as we didn't feel the usual "run-of-the-mill" cheap service that big companies provide, but she made us feel special and important. I would choose them a 100 times over big companies.

Excellent service thanks for your help

We have used Gatekeeper twice now and on both occasions we have been very pleased.
On this occasion we have been looked after very well by all of the relevant teams involved in this lovely independent estate agent.
Very professional, found us a lovely tenant helping us with everything we needed to do and forms to fill in, extremely helpful and very professional with everything!
Both Kenya and Lucy were fantastic!! Helping us through every step! And Lucy will continue looking after us for the foreseeable future.
A really professional and friendly estate agency there to help you in every way.
Thank you very much!

I have had a long relationship with the excellent team of professionals at Gatekeepers Properties, working along side Dan Thorne, Phil Kendall and Lucy Forde. In there capacity as Directors and Partners in the business they have always been available to discuss any issues that have come up over many years of our association. I have known Phil Kendall (Founder) since the early days of the company working out of a small office on Commercial Road Swindon, some 24 years ago. With there dedication to excellance in all aspects of there business it has not surprised me that they expanded to covering the Witney and Banbury areas in addition to there established Swindon operation. More recently I have had a good experience working with Dan in marketing and sales of my home in Swindon. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and helped with my decision making at every key moment. Many thanks to all the team at Gatekeepers for your cooperation over the many years of our association.

Timely appointment. Polite professional staff. Prompt service. Good follow up.

Gatekeeper does a great job of keeping you updated from the second you request for a viewing. They have acted quickly when I’ve put an offer through. Gracie has done a great job showing me round the houses and has the answers to all the questions I had.
