Garden Imports UK Ltd. Recensioni

Recently purchased a Swardman Hollow Tine Aerator from Garden Imports Ltd. Prior to ordering, I needed to check the timeline for delivery. Called and spoke to a member of the team whom I found very knowledgeable providing the detail and reassurance I needed. As a result of the call I then went straight on and ordered the Aerator. The service was outstanding, as the item was delivered early the next day which was less than 24 hrs from when I made the call and ordered the item, Wow! would highly recommend Garden Imports UK Ltd.

Very pleased with the Acer, it’s a good size and shape, and was well packed. Will be planting it in a semi shaded sheltered spot. Looking forward to it coming into leaf in the spring.
Thank you!

Excellent service good prices. Ordered and received in 2 days. Definitely use again

I bought one of the first Landzie compost spreaders from Garden Imports — fantastic tool for top dressing and levelling lawns. After years of use, the clasps wore down and I contacted Ryan, who remembered me as one of his first customers. He couldn’t replace the clasps but unbelievably gave me a good-as-new spreader free of charge. In a world full of greed & profit margins, acts of kindness and integrity like this are rare. Thank you, Garden Imports.

As a landscape gardener, I depend on tools that are durable, precise, and built to last — and the Swordman Core Aerator from Garden Imports is hands-down the best hand-used core aerator I’ve ever used. The high-quality steel construction is rock-solid, and it never clogs, even in the toughest soil.

For professionals like me, reliable, long-lasting tools are everything, and this aerator makes every job faster, cleaner, and more efficient. It’s not just for pros — I’d highly recommend it for personal use as well. Whether you’re maintaining your own lawn or small garden, it’s a premium, easy-to-use tool that delivers excellent results every time.

What really sets Garden Imports apart is their outstanding customer support — they truly go the extra mile for their customers, answering questions and ensuring you get exactly what you need. As the only supplier of this aerator in the UK, they combine top-quality tools with top-notch service, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fast shipment to Belgium, great company

Simple and easy to find products, prompt delivery and products are delivered as described. Well please.

Brilliant service! I ordered before 4 one afternoon and item was delivered the next day. Email alerts about the progress of my order were regular and detailed.

The Swardman hollow tine aerator is a sold piece of kit and the only gripe I have relates to the handle. Cap ends kept coming off and could do with rubber grips. Easy and cheaply solved by buying some online which has solved the issue

All good except that shipping costs are expensive to N.I.

Excellent service, communication top notch and great to deal with.

Good product, delivered promptly.

Ordered the Sumisoaker with the reel via the web page.
A really easy page to navigate through l, which always makes the buying experience worthwhile.
The soaker arrived well packaged and within a couple of days.
The reel is sturdy and well made, after a couple of minutes putting it together it was already to go.
A great piece of kit and works really well. The only thing you need to be aware of is the water is really fine so you get soaked when trying to move it :)
