All good, super!!!

Gamitrend worked with me for weeks to help me upgrade from two separate accounts i ordered, to 1 order of 6 months of gamepass codes. Thank you very much, my brother was pretty stoked to receive these as a birthday present. At first I thought i was going to be stuck with an account i didnt need, but they helped me out along the way and allowed for me to upgrade my purchase, by paying more using a balance top up option, pretty much hassel free.

Would definitely purchase from Gamitrend again!

SCAM

Thought I was buying an Xbox Gamepass code but I was sent the login for an Xbox account, contacted customer support who assured me it was above board

Had a gut feeling it wasnt but tried using it anyway, worked for 2 days then I couldnt use it and got an error that someone else was using the account/game.

Clearly the account is being used by multiple people.

Logged into the associated Xbox account, multiple consoles linked etc... and the subscription purchase was made in Indian rupees

Requests for a refund were constantly denied

This is a flat out scam, avoid at all costs

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I purchased Xbox Game Pass expecting a digital activation code but received login details for someone else’s account instead. They promised me a refund, but after MORE THAN 18 BUSINESS DAYS, I still received nothing.

MY BANK HAD TO STEP IN AND REFUND ME.

concerning is that the company is registered in both the UK and the USA, yet I was apparently paying someone in Turkey

I would really recommend this site and there products as they really work and are great value for money. Further more, if you have any problems or issues with setting up your purchased items, they also have a fantastic support team that's very helpful and full of step by step technical advice and are really, really fast and responsive and friendly and never get frustrated with you, even if you email the team a week later. I would highly recommend this site to anyone as I have already done to some of my friends and family. Thanks guys 💯 percent

Great follow-up from support staff. Needs more clarity upfront on their website regarding the activation process (key vs account) but otherwise amazing service.

I've had a few problems at first but the support team helped me resove those problems and now everything is great

Six months ultimate £28.00 my new favourite shop

(Updated 11/09/2026). They are now holding me to ransom to resolve my issue and will not help me until i remove this review. I will be reporting this to trust pilot. 45 emails in and they still won't ammend the issue or even acknowledge the problem I have raised with them. Fair enough they sent an account which is completley useless to me but one person said I could pay the difference to get the digital code... 30 messages later and many failed attempts to make payment and they appear to have no intention of fulfilling my order. I would like to give a good review if this was resolved straight away but it is a nightmare using customer services and no telephone number to speak direct. Read everything before purchase because they will not help you after

Hice una compra de Game pass ultimate 12 meses y en ningún momento te dice que es hacer el pirateo de compartir Game pass con otra cuenta hasta que lo compras y ya te manda las instrucciones de como hacerlo.

It so far worked well

They send a global shared account instead of a game.
This was mentioned nowhere in the process of ordering.
They denied a refund because they said it was mentioned, when is send screenshots they just denied refund.

Update: I was then asked to reconsider my review because it affects their reputation. When I asked what had been resolved, I received a message that said that if I update or revise my review, they will gladly continue to assist me.
So this is my updated review.

Support is offered on condition of changing the review. Order still unresolved.

I purchased a 6-month Xbox Game Pass for my son. It wasn't a digital code; it was access to another account, which breaches Microsoft's own terms of service and isn't safe or secure for my son to use. I asked for a refund as soon as I got the email with the account details, but they refused even though I have never accessed the account. Avoid this company — I am now raising a chargeback with my bank.

Got scammed, dont buy anything from this website. I cant add the account on my xbox
