My server wopuldnt turn on for an hour
My server wopuldnt turn on for an hour, and i got an error after, something about backups?? i created tickets, pinged mods, noone cared about that, noone responded, while being online. The server wass very laggy this day as it was, i did not nee any announcements about maintnaince or anything that day. 0 customer support, as discord is the only way to do that

Horrible.
Horrible.
Horrible servers for ARK. All day Timeouts, no crossplatform option, can't even remove the password, takes 10 min to start a server.
Crashes every minute, can't even do nothing.
DO NOT BUY servers from them, go for the not so cheaper options.

We apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. We immediately reacted to an error with server restarts and wrote to you that the map you selected exceeded the server's memory limit.
To avoid similar problems in the future, we have added information on the recommended amount of memory to the selection of map.
Crossplay and password options issues were entirely our fault, we added these options the day you contacted us.
We are actively working on all support requests, including custom solutions, collecting server clusters and flexible configuration.

I like how everything works
Installed a server for his game, literally in five minutes. So far the service is free (beta testing), but I like how everything works, so in the future I’m willing to pay for it.
