Knowledge and Communication

The SkyeServe Team seems very knowledgeable about server structure and even how to fix specific bugs in the games they provide servers for in order to help their paying customers as well as other players online who aren't even paying customers. They also have very open communication through discord with announcements daily regarding bug fixes for games or updates for the website.

Their focus seems to be purely on the customer first considering they reduced their prices even further for US customers when they had no monetary incentive to do so besides providing a solid experience for customers.

Ditch the big companies and go with these guys!

Having been stuck with Nitrado for 8 years... I finally made the leap to an alternative provider...and I am so pleased I did. These guys are professional and they actually give a shit about their customers. Their prices are hands down the best available and the servers are flawless. No more "stuck in restart" or waiting for updates... if you are sick of paying for overpriced crappy servers then these are your guys!
