I had a fantastic experience shopping with Gamersathart! The shipping was impressively fast, and the prices were great value for money. What really stood out to me was the personal touch—a lovely handwritten note included in my parcel, which made the whole experience feel special.

I randomly found G@H while searching for a particular Pokémon booster box (Twilight Masquerade) and checked to ensure the company was legit (Google Maps and Trust Pilot). Everything seemed fine; prices were fair, shipping was free over £20, and it was tracked, so I placed an order for 2 items.

Unfortunately, one of my items was unable to be located. No problem; I was refunded instantly and received an apology updated on my order.

The other item was shipped right away, tracked and arrived when expected.

The item was well packed, and to my surprise, it was environmentally conscious packing (I really appreciate this). A handwritten note thanking me for my order was also included, which is a nice personal touch.

I don't have a local game store near me that supports my hobbies, so I'm always hunting for online smaller, non-corporate businesses to support, and I'm glad to have found one.

Not only would I recommend based on my first impression, but I have decided to use this store when I can. Thanks for a smooth transaction.

Prices are really fair and seems like it's a really nice wee shop. Genuinely class service as well, made an online order here on a Thursday at 13:30 from the store which is obviously based in Hartlepool, England, and despite me being in Northern Ireland I received it by 11am the next day. Seems like I'm just praising the postal service but I was just so pleased they were quick with packaging up my order. From my one experience I can't recommend them enough. Although, I guess it would be nice to see some more board games on offer as I'd be more than happy to support good businesses like this if there were just a few more things like that. Even little games like Dudo/Liar's Dice would be class to see. If a nice set came up I'd be buying it!

I bought the board game Bezzerwizzer as a family Christmas game. Not only was it he best price I could find online, but it was nice to know it was from an independent local(ish) company in Hartlepool.

It was posted next day delivery. I was also given email updates to keep me posted on the delivery progress.

The item arrived in fully compostable packing, which is great as I have a compost bin. I was also please to see a handwritten "Thank you" note from who I presume are the owners (Peter and Jeni).

Overall I would thoroughly rate this company and recommend that potential buyers of board games purchase through Gamers@Hart over larger international companies such as Amazon.

Absolutely top-notch service. Just couldn't fault it. I needed a WarHammer gift for my grandson in Ireland. GamersatHart had exactly the gift that I needed and at a very competitive price. Not only that, they offered free P&P for anything over £20. I ordered it around lunchtime on Tuesday. They processed the order immediately and kept me informed. I was quite skeptical at ordering something from a company/site I had never heard from before. However after reading these reviews I went for it. I ordered a Pokémon advent calendar for my son at the cheapest price I could find (without going down the rabbit hole of fake and frauds that is eBay) and the customer service was flawless. Email updates at every stage, very well packaged, quick delivery and a really nice hand written note included. I don’t usually write these reviews but felt like it was necessary to reflect the service provided. Will 100% be using them again in the future

Bought off here for the first time as they were the only place selling what I wanted that offered free delivery when spending over a certain amount. This website ended up being cheapest for the item anyway, regardless of postage.

My package arrived very quickly and was perfectly packed. It also had a note about how all the packaging is compostable, which I thought was a nice touch. The note was signed by Peter, who thanked me for my order.

I would definitely buy off these guys again. Already considering buying more booster packs, but I’m trying to be good. XD

Just placed an order via the gamers@hart website. It was THE best online shopping I have done. I found the game I wanted quickly, clicked the quick buy button, filled in all my details, clicked purchase and I was done. I didn't have to create an account or sign up to newsletters, there were no unnecessary form fields, quick and easy.

Item in perfect condition and arrived when they said it would - after hunting for ages for this game! Loved the handwritten thank you note and 100% compostable advice about the packaging. Tack så mycket! ☺️
