Gamersathart Recensioni

Good communication and competitive prices
Many thanks for taking the pre-order over a year ago and supplying it as soon as it became available
:-)

Long standing pre-order. Held the price, kept informed and delivered as soon as it was available. Arrived in perfect condition using recyclable materials.

Fantastic service. I ordered a board game that was out of stock in most places, and the free postage even came the next working day. Thankd Pete and Jen

I ordered a collector booster box of Secrets of Strixhaven back in April through Gamers@Hart. Before purchasing, I messaged them on Facebook Messenger to check if they had stock and when it would likely be sent out. They were very friendly and transparent about what they had coming in and the dates they would likely ship the item. The item came on time (for the date of release), before they anticipated they could send it which I was very grateful for. An important bit of informaiton worth stating too, the price was extremely good also. Thank you for a great experience overall!

This is my second order from Gamers@Hart and so happy to have secured some preorders with them. Quick delivery, well packaged and really lovely customer service. Thank you so much, will definitely be looking to be a repeat customer. Recommend to others

Made an error ordering the wrong quantity, but the team at Gamers@Hart responded to my email quickly and resolved it without any hassle. Delivery arrived within the advertised 48 hours and the item was well packaged. Good experience with a small UK business that clearly takes customer service seriously. Would buy from them again.

Exceptional. Ordered for the first time yesterday and the game has already arrived less than 24 hours later (free delivery) and very well packed. An excellent go to from now on and really puts the bigger retailers to shame. Thanks team!

Great at many things but the 2 things that I like best is (1) Their preorder system.
(2) Social engagement
