Gains is garbage. I reported them to the BBB and they ignored it. They know they are in the wrong but don't wanna pay me what they owe. I have proof they admitted rule 6.9 didn't apply to my case but they do nothing to right their wrong. Gamble at a different site and you'll thank me for it.

I love this site. It has a couple quirks but all in all is a great social casino.
1.) 96% RTP on NoLimitCity, however only 94% on Hacksaw. 94% is disappointing but others available to me are even lower at 92%.
2.) Redemptions are instant, though with a small fee. I just increase my redemption amount to cover the fee.
3.) Verification took me maybe 5-10 minutes.
4.) They run promotions fairly often for bonus SC, I’ve had a couple late night specials offering a 40% bonus, but most promotions are 10-20%.
5.) Daily rewards are a little small in comparison to other sites I have played. I believe it’s 0.2 SC per day.
6.) My only issue is not having the ability to “full-screen” games. Other than that, the UI is great.

Seemingly absolutely terrible customer service, basically devoid. Says they are in beta mode but have been up for a long time? I deposited a crypto deposit and it never came through, sent a request to customer service and got no reply.

As others have stated when you go to redeem your winnings they may ban you saying you have more than 1 account. Beware.

When I went to spin it said I didnt have enough Sweepstakes Coins to place bet but my "wallet" said I still had $60...i tried to contact them but thier "chat" option has been disabled and you can only send an email...so i did and got an immediate response from a bot of course. When i went back to my wallet while emailing the bot my balance had gone down to .08....i then asked where my money went....and The bot tried to say my money was taken because of a daily bonus cap of $100....at this point i had only been a member for 12 hours and received 1 daily bonus of .20. I went back and forth with the bot and kept asking to communicate with a human. I then got an email from a human and they tried to say that it was an error on my end because of my cookies and cachè....but I had just joined my cookies and cache were basically empty!! I have screenshots of my wallet butt hey refuse to look into it or give me my money back!! And hAve not responded to my emails!!!

Gave my true opinion of gaming experience on FB and have been blocked. So far, Gains is the only site to have blocked me for providing an opinion, which shows they have something to hide. I have MANY followers and will continue to spread how shady this company is until I'm unblocked. Credit card transfers for withdrawals are some of the highest I have ever seen. Around 30 dollars. They even charge a dollar to withdraw to a checking account. Many platforms charge nothing. Daily bonuses are not great, honestly, poor. Promotions are blah. The company needs a major do-over plus better advertising. I even offered that, but no one responded to emails.

As for the quality of games, they do have a wide variety of games from many reputable providers. From the little guys to Ruby Play, all the way to Hack Saw Gaming.

I would have loved to help them get more followers, but the "ghosting" isn't what I'm looking for. Hopefully, it was all a misunderstanding.

These guys had a really rough beginning and it's been very frustrating waiting for the old playthrough requirements to be removed I finally just reached out to support and they were amazingly quick with removing it from my account so that I was comfortable making purchases and being active on the site. They current playthrough is typical to most other platforms, I think they definitely deserve a better overall rating than the current one here. They honestly just had a rough start and I'm definitely giving them a second chance and feel that others should consider the same and also reconsider previous ratings as it is very difficult to remedy after such a hard hit. Do not trust this site!!!! So at first i was able to redeem small amounts like everyone else , I was testing the water to see if it was worth trusting. Got my small redemptions processed so I decided to try my normal style of play. Made a bigger deposit of 8,500 and had some ups and downs during my session and finally got it to about 11,000 then I tried to cashout 5,000 of it and instantly my cashout was canceled and my account was banned. When I tried to reach out and figure out what happened they told me gains.com was for recreational players only and I was a non recreational player and I forfeit my funds. So you mean to tell me because I deposited the amount that you let me and played the bet sizes that exist on your website I’m a non recreational player??? Made an account with them two days ago. Deposited $225-$250 total and got up to $1400. Went to withdraw funds and it said to verify my ID like they all do. Tried about honestly 30+ times and each time it said could not read my ID. My pics were fine. Either the verification system they use is down or they are doing this intently. Customer service has been absolutely zero help. Wish I saw some of these reviews before I deposited with them. I’m seeing now others have had this same ID verification issue and it seems to me this is a scam site. Wouldn’t recommend this online casino.

It's a legitimate site. I have personally redeemed at least $1k in total (give or take) since joining the site. Have never had an issue with redemptions and customer support has always been very prompt/helpful whenever I have had a question. Every redemption has always been received within minutes of submitting. I think the longest redemption time was approx 30mins and that was only on my first one. And they offer good promos for purchases quite often. I keep this site in my top 5 hands down.
