I get that that's your rule. thats fine, even though it's a shitty rule that's in literally no other casino.. What is even worse is that your policy is to auto ban and let your god awful support ai run 100% of replies. If I would have gotten a personal email it would've changed my opinion a bit. Owners are supposedly Kane Jeong(San Diego)and Jon Brovda(Miami) Hard to tell because so many of these thieving sweepstakes scam artist use bot nets and to soak the internet with made up profiles and stolen identitiesm it's cool though everything has a digital footprint and anyone can be found. I screen recorded the free sc plays I had as I always do with these sites to build cases against them to turn over to the IC3, FTC, State Attorney General, etc....id advise all of you to do the same. Their day is coming, sooner than later. Once myself and fellow scam busters get a better feel on who these scum are and where to direct the authorities or whoever wants too know I'll update my review. Until then stay far away unless you're gathering evidence to use against them. Also could be connected with gamerlabs.com from Aukland New Zealand. We will keep digging and find out who these scumbags are

You can only redeem once per 24 hours so you effectively can’t just “get your money back” and then continue to play. They also do not tell you this prior to withdrawing.

As are all social casinos it is EXTREMELY anti consumer and they don’t care about the customers only the money. Truly awful predatory rule and I will not be back.

Absolute SCAM! I created an account, verified KYC and referred my wife. I then made a purchase of $20 for $40, and my wife also bought in at $10 for $25, which gave me a total of 65.00 with the referral bonus.

I won, and tried to redeem $150. Then they banned me, for violating their TOS on multi accounts. I only have one account! They don’t give a shit. You’re banned, bye bye.

I honestly think they banned me so they could return my $20 buy in instead of the $150 they owe me. Returning my $20 took way too long.
