I had a wonderful experience with Gaia Talent, with Isadora in particular.
Clear and frequent communication between from Isadora made the process seamless for me successfully obtaining a new role. Isadora was present from the very start of the process and supported me right through to accepting an offer. I experienced clear communication and a very friendly and warm attitude. I would recommend Gaia Talent to anyone, and particularly found that Isadora was extremely helpful with all queries and was proactive in everything she helped me with. Recruiter was very knowledgeable and informative, had the right connections, was open to me outlining which companies I had in mind to work for because of which options did/did not align with my values.

I was in contact with Gaia every step of the way, which was very reassuring and helpful, however, one drawback is that not every phone call with the recruiter would be scheduled or given advance notice. This meant there were a few times I was in the office of my previous current workplace (or on the bus commuting) into the office, getting calls on my phone to discuss options, next steps, next round interviews which was not something you can openly discuss on the phone while trying to leave a place. If I declined the call or didn't answer, I would be called back immediately. I think an email or a text in advance would help things be a bit smoother.

I have went through recruiters before and didn't have much faith in going down this route. After job hunting for 3 months, 15+ applications later and either being ghosted or getting generic rejection responses, I knew I had to change things up.
