J’aimerais partager mon expérience avec Approach People, une agence de recrutement tout simplement exceptionnelle.
Ils m’ont trouvé deux postes lorsque je vivais à Dublin, et je peux dire sans exagérer que ces opportunités ont changé ma vie. À chaque fois, ils m’ont proposé des emplois bien au-delà de mes espérances, tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel.
Le professionnalisme et la qualité humaine des recruteurs sont remarquables. Ce n’est pas juste un service de placement : c’est un véritable accompagnement, sur mesure, bienveillant, à l’écoute. À chaque étape, je me suis senti pris en charge par un ami, et non un simple recruteur. Ils ont su cerner mon profil, mes envies, mes besoins, parfois mieux que moi-même.
Avec un tel niveau d’engagement et de résultats, il n’est pas étonnant qu’Approach People soit depuis des années la meilleure agence de recrutement en Irlande, voire en Europe.
