This is a gorgeous brand with stunning and high-quality products. Our son started out in the Hera co-sleeper, moved to the Serena cot bed and 3 years later he’s very happily sleeping in toddler bed that it turns into. We’re expecting our second baby and will definitely be getting another one since they can be used from when they’re babies up to 7 years.

Offers free click and collect to a shop in Dublin, but €50 delivery fee for anywhere else in Ireland. Customs is €50 too so spent way more on delivery and tax than the mattress itself. Also, I ordered the product over 6 days ago and haven't had any update since. I've bought from a few other UK shops and understand the customs charges are outside of your control but no other shops charged that much for delivery from UK.

I needed to buy a replacement mattress for your bedside crib which I already had spent a lot of money on, and that mattress size is very hard to get, even from your resellers in Ireland.

After being gifted the Gaia Baby Complete sleep Cot by a family member, I contacted Gaia and asked if they would be able to advise what screws are used with the cot so that I could make up some missing ones. They very kindly offered to send the screws out as a gesture of good will. There customer services was very quick and amazing and very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Do not trust this cot with your baby. During assemble we discovered a component drilled incorrectly at the factory. Shortly after, screw threading failed on one end of the cot, causing parts to separate. When we went to fix it, we found the identical fault on the other end too — screws now stuck and unremovable. This is not a one-off defect, it’s a pattern across multiple parts of the same cot. For an $800 “premium” cot marketed on safety, this is genuinely alarming. Arrived in good time and good communication. Chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I've assembled the Serena dresser (part of the all-in-one + dresser set) and while delivery was fast and the quality of the piece itself feels very good, putting it together was a frustrating experience because the instructions are very unreliable.

Several diagrams are simply wrong, making it hard to know which piece goes where or which way it should face. For example, piece 4 is shown with all holes on the same side, but that's not the case in reality
Mislabelled pieces: instructions call for piece 17, but the sticker on the actual piece says 11
Screw placement in the diagrams doesn't always match reality
But the worse problem was that the rail (a cut-out channel to slot and lock the top piece in place) was obstructed by a piece of wood that had to be cut down to fit. Luckily we had the tools to fix it.

I still have the mini-cot left to build, and honestly I'm dreading it after this experience. Especially since this is a product that will keep changing as the baby grows, so two years down the line I might run into similar issues when reconfiguring it.

You would expect more from a premium piece of furniture.

Recently we just bought the second cot from Gaia Baby. Our toddler has been sleeping well in the first one for nearly 2 years and the second one is for our second child. We also had the small bedside cot when our toddler was a newborn. We really like the products from Gaia Baby because they use a lot of natural materials and non-toxic paints. We also like that the cot can grow with the child and thereby reduce overall waste and expense. Also, whenever we had questions about the products or anything related to the delivery process, we received a very swift response and help.

Shout out to Karl in customer service, one of the nicest most helpful customer care people i've interacted with before. This sort of thing really goes a long way for a brand and sharing the word about them.

A very quick delivery

Had a cot and chest of drawers delivered which are great quality and look fantastic in our nursery. Initially couldn’t get the chest of drawers we wanted but customer services were fantastic in delivering the natural oak legs a few weeks later.

Gaia Baby came highly recommended to us when we were starting to look at nursery furniture. We decided to go with the ‘Hera convertible cot bed’ and Mattress. The customer service and communication from Gaia baby was fantastic. The cot bed itself is absolutely beautiful, it was easy to assemble and the quality is fantastic. We could not have asked for more. Would also highly recommended the mattress protector, cot sheets and decorative cushions. We are delighted that this cot bed will be used right up until 5 years old. We bought the Hera bedside bassinet from Gaia Baby directly (which has now mysteriously disappeared from their website), and have used it for less than 4 months and the mattress protector it came with has gone mouldy. We change the sheets in the bassinet almost daily and ensure no moisture is present on the mattress protector, yet black mould has appeared in several spots on the protector underneath the waterproof top layer. This is absolutely unacceptable for any type of mattress protector, let alone one designed for use with an infant, but of course Gaia Baby’s terms and conditions prevent us from doing anything. This is not the first issue we have had with Gaia Baby products, and we absolutely will not be purchasing anything from this company again. Extremely disappointed

Edit: don’t let the reply fool you, I emailed the distributor for Gaia Baby in Australia, CoolKidz, about issues back in October and never received a response from them, and I have proof of this. They also never responded to my other complaint about the poor build quality of the Hera cot. I resorted to these reviews after never getting anywhere with contact, and if you take one look at the reviews for CoolKidz as well this seems to be a very common issue unfortunately.

We honestly didn’t think a chair would make such a difference but we love the Hera Rocking Chair.

It’s incredibly comfortable and supportive (especially during those long nights). The cushions are dreamy!

We also love that it looks great in our home and doesn’t feel like typical bulky baby furniture. Love it and would happily recommend

The post purchase help provided by Gaia baby has been brilliant. When we needed multiple parts sent that we had misplaced, they were unbelieveably quick to respond and provide the help needed. We've been extremely pleased with the quality of the cotbed which has been used for both our kids. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had the Hera next to me cot for my first daughter in 2023, we were super happy with it and she always slept well. We tried to reassemble it recently and had some problems which Gaia had become aware of since 2023. With no fuss at all, they sent us a brand new cot, free of charge. The staff were communicative throughout the process of getting the new one out to us, which made everything so easy. Much appreciated, especially whilst getting ready for a new arrival. Really amazing product that our son loves, and definitely worth the price. We had a tiny hiccup with one of the parts and Gaia baby went above and beyond to sort it out for us in a timely manner. Their customer service is impeccable, and you can truly tell they are a family company who cares about our family.

I cannot recommend their product and their customer service enough. I would definitely buy again from them, totally worth the 5 stars!

We purchased the Serena 4 in 1 bed and have had a great experience. We are about to be using the bed again for our second child. The customer service in particular has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Gaia baby and their products.

Brought a furniture set 4 years ago cot bed, draws and wardrobe which we love but the draw mechanism has snapped as they are plastic and without this the draws do not function. Got in contact and thankfully they have the parts we need and are sending them out FOC. Fab customer support just a bit let down by the plastic hinges.
