In pre-order hebben wij een commode besteld. Helaas werd deze, toen hij eindelijk weer leverbaar was, zeer beschadigd bij ons afgeleverd. Via verschillende wegen hebben wij meerder pogingen gedaan om contact op te nemen met hola.bb. Echter, de telefoonlijn blijkt altijd gesloten te zijn en er wordt niet gereageerd op onze e-mails. Vervolgens hebben wij ook WhatsApp gebruikt om een bericht te sturen. Daar werd ons verteld dat onze e-mails niet waren aangekomen, maar dat men ons direct zou verder helpen. Ik heb terug geappt, dat wij de a-mail nogmaals naar het juiste e-mailadres hebben gestuurd. Alleen blijkt nu dat onze WhatsApp-berichten ook niet meer aankomen en dat het bericht op 1 vinkje blijft staan. Het lijkt erop dat het benaderen via een review de enige mogelijkheid tot contact is. Hier wil je niet zoals ons maanden mee bezig te hoeven zijn, terwijl we ondertussen alweer in het derde trimester van mijn zwangerschap zitten en er nog steeds geen oplossing is..

I’ve ordered via Hola BB one month ago. Never received my order and emails regarding my orderstatus (eg. Shipment infos ecc..) I’ve texted many times during those days Asking for infos without replies.
Just few days ago they contacted me asking to pay again for the shipment (more than 90€ ) if i want to receive my order.
DONT BUY FROM HOLA BB!!!!!

We ordered the Snuz Pod 5 together with various accessories, and it never reached us. We also never received emails regarding the shipping.
We emailed Hola BB customer service at multiple emails they have online, and texted their WhatsApp number numerous times.
We never received a reply, and when they finally contacted us 1 month later, they said that the parcel was going back to their headquarters in Holland. They didn't apologise, they didn't propose a discount, and just asked to pay again for the shipping. At that point they were very rude and we decided to ask for the refund (still waiting for money...) and buy the Snuz Pod through the Snuz official website (way better!).
Horrible hospitality and service ...

Escribo desde España y es para remarcar el perfecto servicio y atención al cliente que tienen. Compre dos cunas convertibles el año pasado en Septiembre y por logística ya que me voy a mudar y estaba fuera de mi ciudad, no abrí los paquetes hasta esta semana pasada (que era la Easter Week) y con tan mala suerte una de las cunas llegó dañada…les escribí y me contestaron al momento, entendiendo la situación mía en particular y me dieron una solución en seguida, me atendieron con mucha amabilidad y dándome facilidades en todo momento.
Sin ninguna duda repetiré futuras compras para mis mellizos.
Especial mención a Alex, persona con la que tuve contacto.

Jeg skulle købe et puslebord og havde spørgsmål angående modeller etc. jeg skrev en mail og fik et detaljeret svar indenfor 10 minutter.
Ordren kom meget hurtigt (3 dage) på trods af påskeferie og alle items levede fuldstændig op til forventningerne. Pæne og god kvalitet.
Kan anbefales.

I ordered a cot for delivery to the uk, on arrival there was some damage to some of the wood which would have happened in transit. I contacted Hola bb who swiftly dealt with the issue and sent replacement parts. Although frustrating I did receive great support and service

Aanrader! Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over onze aankopen bij Hola BB én over hun service. Bij de levering waren enkele onderdelen beschadigd door fouten van het koeriersbedrijf. Hola BB reageerde dezelfde dag nog op ons mailtje en boodt verschillende oplossingen aan. Wij kozen voor de vervanging van de beschadigde onderdelen en mochten zeer snel nieuwe panelen ontvangen. Ook toen we later in de problemen kwamen met schroefjes die braken, stond Hola BB meteen klaar om te helpen. Zij zijn zeer begripvol en toegankelijk en hebben het beste voor met hun klanten.

The order process it was easy and although they have had delays on deliveries my communications have been dealt promptly. This is the third order we do as a present for our grandchildren and we are very satisfied with the product.

Leveringsdatum werd niet gehaald. Je moet er zelf achterna en dan vertellen ze doodleuk dat het nog weken langer duurt. Geen aanrader

I could only find the mattress i was looking for here in NL. I had bought The Little Green Sheep Twist Natural mattress for the crib as it’s natural. To be honest, i was hesitant to order from HolaBB due to some bad reviews especially here so i had visited the store to check first. They were really kind and helpful, so i ordered on Friday afternoon and received the mattress at gome on Saturday early morning, so fastest ever. They’ve also natural mattress covers as well, so if you’re sensitive about these things, go to place is HolaBB.

We just received our woodies cot and changing table. They look just like the pictures and we are happy with the quality. Furthermore the team is very supportive by email. Highly recommended

The customer service was quick and efficient! I was looking for an item which was out of stock: the Hola BB team contacted their supplier and within few days I received my order. They were very kind too!

I wish I read comments before ordering from this store. Customer service beyond poor, returned parcel went missing by delivery company, but somehow I paying the price by not receiving refund, because they declining to start refund process. Very dissapointed that while pregnant I need to beg for my money back. And yet store itself sending me request to write experience with this store on trustpilot 🫢

After reading all comments here on Trustpilot I wasn't expecting fast delivery but what happened actually shocked our entire family.

Placed our order for a crib on Wednesday from Netherlands to Sweden and got it by Friday evening the same week. Pleasantly surprised and happy. 🙂

Crib is perfect, no damage or defects. Also very good prices.

Wij zijn ontzettend blij met ons prachtige ledikant! De kwaliteit is echt uitstekend en het design is nog mooier dan we hadden verwacht.

Ook het contact verliep prettig. We werden vriendelijk geholpen, kregen snel antwoord op onze vragen.

De levertijd was wat langer, maar dit was vooraf duidelijk aangegeven bij het plaatsen van de bestelling, waardoor we hier rekening mee konden houden.

Erg tevreden! 🤗
