Phishing, spam and careless demeanor. Multiple calls, emails, linkedin messages from multiple people of the same firm asking the exact same things; prompting interest by stating my experience fits perfectly without specific positions being mentioned, carefully redirecting the discussion. All imeddiatelly followed by provide referrences in the format "Employer: / Telephone: / Email: / Position: ". Asking where else I may be applying, what role, responsibilities and salary range. Actively seeking instant answers on the call there and then.

G2 Recruitment is not a genuine recruitment agency in my experience. Over the last two weeks, I’ve had calls from three different people pretending they already work with my company. They randomly throw out a name like, “Is your team leader Jack?” — when you say no, they immediately ask for the correct name and spelling, clearly fishing for information.

They have no real projects and no understanding of the regulations in the country where they claim they’ll find you a job. Even though my company is large and well-known, they clearly had no knowledge of it. This is not professional recruitment — it’s a data collection scam.

I am 5years+ in contact with that company and never had a single interview with customer, of course no project too, even when i have been told every single time that i am the perfect candidate for the project. All they want is my CV, references and the names of projects i currently apply for. And all they do with these information is, that they call my references and the companys i do apply and try to sell their own people. So never ever again. Untrustworthy behavior.
One star here is too much.

Avoid.......they'll never stop harassing you. I've emailed, clicked unsubscribe and I still get emails galore off a guy called Brookes. I did put hos full name and G2 asked me to remove it. Fair enough. Today another of their staff emailed me about jobs. Even though I told her by email Im not interested. Those company are a nightmare. Avoid, because you cant block em and they ignore unsubscribe emails....

Professional Ghosters.
I fit every aspect of what they were advertising, 1 recruiter has seen all my messages and has ignored every one.
Another Recruiter called me about another role. Great conversation, really positive, never heard from him again. Ignored emails.
Waste of time.

I have been receiving multiple emails about wildly irrelevant positions from this company. Never something I could actually do. I asked them to delete my data and stop contacting me. If they do again further action will be taken.

No real employment prospects - Young recruiters claiming to be "head hunters" - a total joke - if you disagree then share detailed justifications for all to see!

Sorry we dont have negative stars as a choice otherwise i would have choosen this that one.
It is a full scam to get informations from professional people.
They are asking questions which are confidential and thats how the "TRY" to make business. Ler me tell G2 : With such a style You will always loose.....

Change Your style and You could get better....

Worked there for the majority of last year and I was sold a dream in my interview. The office culture is terrible and you are expected to work 11-12 hour shifts. The sales manager was incredibly selfish and extremely patronising. The UK sales director as well falls into this category and loves talking about how well he has done at every opportunity

Unbelievable spammers. Start calling you on your private phone number after working hours. Never done any sort of business with them but still keep on irritating and annoying. You will never be able to get rid of these spammers. These are the same guys as Vivid resourcing. They give each other the phone numbers of managers who they try to sell their bullshit to.

Great company, team are always useful and transparent regarding the process, i would recommend any freelancer to reach out and work with them too. They have provided me countless opportunities and supported me with every part of recruitment all the way from the start to the end and i cant recommend them enough especially the Nottingham office who i have the most contact with!

Bunch of scammers avoid at all cost

Terrible interview and terrible sales manager in the Nottingham office. I had my interview with their sales manager and it came to a point where he was mentioning how selfish i should be in the job to the point he mentioned how selfish he is towards his wife!! Do not understand why that was appropriate but would never want to work there and would highly recommend anyone to not work there!!

Sie nehmen Geld von Endkunden an und an ihre Auftragnehmer (Freiberufler) zahlen nicht. Ich warte auf mein Geld seit 9 Monaten!
Sie respektieren sogar Gerichtsentscheidungen nicht. Ohne Gerichtsvollzieher ist nichts zu erreichen.
G2 erweckt den Eindruck einer Briefkastenfirma.
Eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme ist je nach Situation sehr schwierig oder gar nicht möglich.

Receive on average 10 emails per week with jobs that 50% are not a match.
On the jobs I have replied there is no response or they are only interested in former employers contact details.
Never answer the phone with their name.

I had several calls about potential positions for which I was more than qualified. However, it quickly became apparent that this company was more interested in finding out the contact persons at my clients' companies than in my skills. Trusting them, I naively provided this information.

To my absolute disbelief, just one week later, they directly contacted my clients—clients for whom I am actively completing assignments—to push their own programmers. This was completely unwarranted and highly unethical, as my clients have no need for additional programmers.

Such shameless behavior is beyond unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone against working with this company.

My experience:

Multiple guys spam you with "Excellent positions for you."
Nobody there knows what somebody else in the company does.
Lies Lies Lies.

3 recruiters are calling me about different stuff; no one knows about the others progress.

No Idea how this company earns any money. Just Talks Random Stuff all day. Where is even their gain in this Spam?

100% unreliable Information by them. Nothing ever comes out true.

Wasted hours for this...

I had a very disappointing experience with G2 Recruitment, particularly with a recruiter there. He arranged a phone call with me, only to ask unrelated and intrusive questions about past interviews, the names of interviewers, and the questions they asked. Despite claiming my CV was a "perfect match" for a job position, he never followed up.

What’s worse, after I shared my previous employer’s contact for a reference, he used it as an opportunity to pitch other candidates to them instead! This behavior was both unprofessional and unethical.

If you’re considering engaging with G2 Recruitment, I highly recommend avoiding them. Don’t waste your time answering their calls or responding to LinkedIn messages.

Totally worthless company. I get spammed non-stop by countless employees there for positions that I do not even remotely fit. I cannot seem to get off their list. DO NOT communicate with these people. They are a waste of energy.
