I hate your ai chatbot. I have to ask it a question and it always asks me a question back. "what do you think? I'm here to help you! I can't give you the answer straight away or you'll never learn!" so annoying fix it.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear about your frustration with our AI chatbot. We understand how annoying it can be when you need a quick answer but get questions instead.
To clarify, the chatbot is intentionally designed this way to function as a learning tool rather than just an answer provider. Through our years of operation, we've found that when students work through problems with guidance—rather than receiving immediate answers—they develop stronger problem-solving skills, better retention, and deeper understanding of the concepts..
However, we recognize this isn't always what you need, so you are welcome to request direct answers by saying "Give me the direct answer" or "Skip the hints"

Definitely helped.
I really liked the challenge section which held onto the questions I was having a hard time with. Repetitive learning is really helpful and going back to those questions was great. I read the handbook, completed the practice tests and passed my real test with 3 wrong total.

Do tests and read the book
I read the book, but I felt like I could not remember everything well. Your tests helped me memorize better. I did not do all of them, but most of them. I would appreciate more tests on demerit points and licence suspension. I find most tests in your course use the same questions, so when I started the 300-question test, I felt like it was just a repetition of the previous tests. They helped me a lot, I felt confident, and I passed. However, some questions in the knowledge test were worded differently or had different multiple-choice that was not that straightforward.

Regarding the repetition you noticed, particularly in the 300-question marathon test, this is actually intentional. The marathon is designed as a comprehensive revision tool, so it does repeat questions from throughout the program. This repetition is specifically implemented for better information retention, which it sounds like worked well for you since you mentioned it helped with memorization.
Our questions are designed to cover the entire material from the official manuals, but as you experienced, the actual exam questions are not public and are kept confidential by the licensing authority. This means the real exam questions will naturally be worded differently and may have different multiple-choice options that aren't always as straightforward as practice questions.
It's great to hear that despite these differences, you felt confident and well-prepared enough to pass your knowledge test.

For me it was worth the $39.99 !! Its well organized , with test after test which makes me comfortable! To just be able to click on the test and as well as the challenge , where it keeps all your mistakes to be able to go over them!! Just a great program for people wanting to get there G1!

I paid for 1 week of using the…
I paid for 1 week of using the software, no indication of auto renewal, no reason for me to think my card would be charged again especially something that seemingly comes from the government, and yet a week later I was charged a second time. There’s no log in for me to get a refund, the website says it takes 30 days and they don’t do online refunds. I dont recommend this service at all

Our weekly premium is a recurring subscription, and this is clearly advertised as such throughout the purchase process. It is stated as a weekly recurring subscription on the initial purchase page, repeated again on the payment page where you enter your credit card information and agree to the terms and conditions, and mentioned once more in the welcome email sent to all customers. The welcome email also includes instructions on how to turn off auto-renewal.
We are a private company and are not affiliated with the government - we do not make any such claims on our website. Additionally, we do not state that refunds take 30 days to process. Processing time depends on your banking institution, but it typically does not take that long.
Regarding login issues, our system generally keeps you logged in after purchase, but you do not need to be logged in to request a refund for a premium renewal. If you experience any login difficulties, our customer service team is happy to assist as soon as we receive your message.
