To be honest your app sucks and so does your service your phone line is always busy so you dont have to deal with people. The app does not work like it should and have received zero help except for stupid emails that do not help at all. Call me.3658808967,thats right you dont do that do you??????
I will bet on the fact that it never shows up in the reviews.

Thanks for the feedback, Jerry and apologies for the frustration.
We provide support by email so we can securely verify your account and send troubleshooting steps/links (this isn’t possible over a phone call). There’s also no need to log in repeatedly—your device should remember your login, and if it doesn’t, a fresh login/reset link is always available. We can see you completed the course, and your account was working a day ago. It looks like you may be trying to log in while already logged in or using an old link. If you email us from the address on your account, we’ll get you sorted quickly.

February 24 passed the G1 test.
perfect on signs etc, couple wrong on fines and demerit points, was in the program but did not remember them. the information was not in the book but was in the online testing, so very good.

This app is all you need believe it
This app is really helpful. Very detailed. I love the part “help me understand”. Actually I’m yet to write my exams but I’m already fulfilled, confidence boosted and so far I can say it deserves a 5 star. The information from G1.ca is worthy of reading. Thanks so much for building my confidence level and I know I shall come back to testify once again after my exam.

Very Helpful for people who don’t have much experience
The way that there way many questions for me to answer so I could be prepared for any of them and what really helped was the MTO copy like exam where we got to do it 3 times

Annoying that I have to sign in and…
Annoying that I have to sign in and retrieve a link from email every time i use this. Why can’t the system remember me? Other than that its great.

We understand that having to request a sign-in link every time can be frustrating. Our system is designed to keep users signed in by default, so you shouldn't need to retrieve a new link each time you use the platform. If this isn't happening on your device, it's likely due to your browser settings. Please check that your browser is set to accept cookies and store login information. If cookies are disabled or automatically cleared, the system won't be able to remember your login.

I have to keep asking for a sign in…
I have to keep asking for a sign in link because it doesn’t recognize my email address. Not a big deal but a huge inconvenience

Our program is designed to keep you signed in by default, so this shouldn't be happening. The most common cause of this issue is browser settings that automatically clear cookies or force sign-outs at the end of browsing sessions.
If you haven't already done so, could you please check your browser settings to ensure they're not set to clear cookies when the browser closes, block third-party cookies, or automatically sign you out at the end of sessions? You may also want to try a different browser to see if the issue persists.
