I bought a pair of their jeans and didn’t like how blue they were so decided to return them. After i’d sent the jeans back to them they never emailed me back until about a week later i asked what had happened, and they said that they were unable to process the return because the tag was off. They then offered 30% of the price back and when i refused for the 30% completely ignored me and never sent back the jeans, so i spent 99 pounds for bad customer service and an ugly shade of blue jeans that i didn’t even get to keep.
