I ordered a pair of jeans. I love them, the design is beautiful and the quality pretty much too, but the price is a bit too much (the taxes and fees and whatsoever cost half of the item i ordered, which is insane). The delivery was uncomplicated, the tracking was very good and the package arrived earlier than it was estimated, even tho it said it would have a delay. I would probably buy again!
Great business. I have bought several jeans and they are of very high quality. Recently, one pair had a manufacturing issue. I had only worn them a few times but they were already hemmed so was concerned about how they would respond. They saw the photos and immediately admitted that is was a manufacturing issue. They offered a refund or a replacement and I happily accepted a replacement as I loved the jeans.
It's really not until one has an issue that one knows if a business is great or not and if they will stand behind their products. Miss Me certainly does. I am a customer for life and truly appreciate their help when something went wrong.
Dec 4 I placed an order with an online promo free keychain. Walking through the payment step I was charged for the keychain so I reached out to customer service and they removed the 24.99 After a week I reached out and asked for a tracking number or an update on my order they said it was processing 11 days later I reached out asked for an update. They told me they were behind because they had a busy weekend. Once I get notification, my order was shipping. It took days before it started to track. I received it on December 23. I’ll like to find out I didn’t have the keychain with the order when I reached out they told me it was an online error that that promotion ended December 3 and my order was placed on December 4.
I found the whole process very unprofessional.
Ordered a silver fringed top. What arrived can only be described as a cheap grey wig. The side by side pictures are ridiculous.
Customer service offered a discount on my next purchase or to keep it and receive a partial discount back.
This company is a scam.
