From day 1 I've been complained about my central heating loosing pressure, it's meant to be a sealed system so shouldn't lose pressure at all yet it happens constantly. Each time over the last year I think it's been I try to make contact to fix an issue it's never possible, they ignore emails, answer the phone and ignore messages. I have had many issues all caused by a poor instal, each time I try to get anything rectified it's been dealt with badly and only after constantly chasing them. Its still leaking (4th I've found now) and despite having asked a few times for resolution they're still ignoring the bad noise the heat pump makes. The most recent leak to present is due to a pipe being fixed to a radiator on a bend so the "olive" I think its called can't make a seal!
My elderly father is currently having to stay with us as he needs looking after due to ill health and we can't turn the heating on which is obviously an issue!
My first email was 10 days ago and I've sent a few following this and left a voice mail today, all zero responses. On all occasions I've emailed a number of people and groups so this is not a one off but a culture. Below are the email addresses I've been given and been attempting to use, its clear the issue has been going on a long time as one of the emails even rejects as it's full, if you use your company, you will regret it!

Unfortunately I have to agree with others trying to get a response. I have a leaking radiator and no amount of phone calls or emails has provided a response.
System fitted under the Warm Homes Suffolk Scheme. So I may try them.
Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service for aftercare. System is shocking and the app given to use to switch heating on or off never works, you can either not switch heating on at all and be freezing or manage to switch it on and then cant get it off again and house is roasting and having to open windows to cool the place down cause you cant switch it off. Which is not ideal specially with young children in the house including my disabled son. Worst decision I have made was to get this. Do not recommend to anyone
All very keen to get the job
All very keen to get the job, yet when things go wrong down the line absolutely no aftercare. Can’t even get them to answer the phone.
Shocking service

I’ll just add to all the other bad reviews.
Installed pump and tank. Ruined my floor. Had hot water coming out the toilet.
Broke my toilet seat and didn’t say anything.
Bad attitude with some of the installers.
These grants are a money grab for these guys. They get paid extremely well then just go off laughing into the sunset.
This should be more regulated
Absoluty awful company to deal with
Absoluty awful company to deal with , zero customer care at all they will act all helpful when fitting equipment but as soon as its in there attitude changes to a couldn't care less one. My inverter hasn't worked for over a month now and the next available date to come look at it is another month away. They are rude on the phone also once fitting is done and the responce from the owner is lip service as ive attempted multiple ways to get hold of them with no joy
FutureHeat are unprofessional
FutureHeat use cowboys, failed to commision the system properly which left the ASHP unsuppoted at one end. Tried to avoid any responsibility for adding the correct anmount of Glycol, insinuated I was a fool who was causing the sysyem to shut down when it only 6c and then claimed that the MCS Registered Engineer who serviced the system and found there was hardly any antifreeze in the system - was a fraud
After complaining to MCS, NAPIT investigated and suspended FutureHeats accreditation...suddenly they want "to help"
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - BTW, it was UKEM who subcontracted the job to them
They do not respond to repair issues…
They do not respond to repair issues that occur within the first year. My emails are returned by the server. they do not answer their phone.
A terrible company out for themselves (and easy grant money)
We did not choose FutureHeat, they were sub-contractors for a council run grant installation. No one spending their own money should ever consider this appalling company. Nothing they did was competent, every part of their process required supervision and correction. Design, planning, attendance, delivery, installation and repairs (many) of the wet heating, heat pump and solar were handled badly by HQ staff, field staff and unattended sub-sub-sub-sub contractors (with the honourable exception of some sub-contracted electrical work where the independent staff were honest).
FutureHeat were sub-contracted by PHS/0800 repair who were rude, disinterested, obstructive and had set up their contract to avoid any accountability. Another company to avoid totally.
This case has been taken to TrustMark, MCS, HIES, RECC and NAPIT to pursue repair of the roof damage left by 2 attempts at solar installation. All these bodies are weak and slow. NAPIT ruled it should be repaired but FutileHeat have stalled for 6 months trying to avoid obeying the ruling. (As of Jan '26)
They don't reply. They don't attend. They don't understand what they are doing. They use the cheapest contractors and don't care about their standard of work. If you have to deal with them keep a photo record of their mistakes and damage as they will try to dispute everything. They will still dispute everything but will not have evidence to refute yours when you are dealing with regulator complaint procedures.
Shocking aftercare
Shocking aftercare. Left with a faulty system, no one bothers to answer phone calls or emails, told to do repairs myself because they were too far away!! Avoid this lot and dont get left in a situation where no one now wants to touch your system because it was installed wrongly!
No technical support, no repair team
The installation team were great.
HOWEVER the technical support after installation is appalling.
I contacted them months ago about a leaky radiator and no one has contacted me to arrange a visit. The inverter for the solar panels they I stalled stopped working over a week ago and I’ve been calling continually to get an engineer to find and see what the issue is, and no one has contacted me to arrange a visit.

In the end I didn't qualify for the grant but I have to say the customer service was excellent. Thank you Sharon for trying so hard. I appreciate all your efforts.
Worker came out his way
I had an issue Friday night with the pressure did it myself but failed it also made a strange noise. So I message Lee asking for help. He came out his way as he was shopping and helped over the phone but as soon as he realised the problem I was having he had pretty much clicked on that the pipe had gone outside. As it was late at night and we had all had baths etc he came straight away the next day and fixed the problem. It was just so nice of him to do all of of this in his own time and he’s so just a lovely lad. You really have some good people on the team and it’s definitely what I call brilliant customer service!
Annual sevice
I needed a service on my ASHP and heating system so arranged for future heat to send someone. Lee came, he was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and couldn't have been more accommodating. An asset to the company, thank you Lee.

Hi I have had some work done to my house- solar panels, loft insulation, radiators, generator, cavity wall insulation, all the blokes some from Sheffield, southshields were very professional all work was done in a week, Tony came out today to do inspection and remove all rubbish again all done great job I am very pleased thankyou

For over 2 months I have been told someone will call to fix our problem, nothing ,in spite of several phone calls, when I have been told someone will call,no empathy at all.
Complain to MCS
If you have problems that are down to installer errors or ommissions, write to them with offficial complaint - if they jerk you around, just say that after 14 days of you complaining to them, you will complain to MCS...Micro Generation Certification Scheme - look it up - without MCS accreditation they will not regarded as competent and that will hurt their revenue......
My system was fitted in May 2024
My system was fitted in May 2024, it is still faulty and costing 100 pounds a week to run. There is clearly a fault and Future Heat have still not correct the issue or helped me or refunded the electric over use.
They flooded my bathroom and blamed me, finally they sent someone to repair the ceiling and I have been left with a sagging ceiling. It’s is dangerous. They still , have not sent painters and left me with no insulation in my loft or finished safe bathroom. It’s been 8 months and many bathroom had just been refitted and redecorated 8 weeks before they came to my home.
The emergency plumber they sent, stole 660 pounds and ever came back to do the job. FH have not reimbursed the stolen money and left me with a cold house and huge bills.
I have reported them to Trading Standards but am now reporting them to the Ombusman.
I wish I had kept my old oil system bill Dec 23 89 pounds, bill Dec 24 over 400 pounds.
Do Not /use this company. ECO4 is not ECO if you get a grant make sure they do not use Future Heat.
The 5 star reviews here are fake.
Do not use this Company.
Unprofessional, sub contractors who are disrespectful and very poor workmanship. Left a young family with no services over the coldest week of the year. Didn’t test the system prior to departure and the pipes failed above the ceilings pouring water over the electrics and leaving the house unusable for days.
