I want to clarify a situation with you. In 2013 we signet a contract with future health for our daughter. She was born in Bucharest and our doctor recommended this bank. After a few years we got divorced and we tried to communicate with someone to change the contact information. It was impossible to find a number that works in Romania so we called the number we had in the contract. No result. Now after 3 years someoane from Romania called that we are late with the payments. That is true but in this moment we don’t know what to do because we don’t know what is our cells status. We want a confirmation from you that the they are still in your bank and olso we want to know the name of the firm in Romania that represent you.

My experience with the Future Health Biobank is excellent. They were very professional in a view of communication, explanation, procedure and feedback.

Everything was perfect!

Just could not get the invoicing correct then chasing me for payments, for the wrong amount again. I had identical twins but they still collect r and stored 2 samples and told me I had to pay for it. Other than that initially answered my questions well and price matched.

We are very happy with the service, making very easy explanation of all the process before and after collect the samples. Competitive market price and high level of professionals working with us.

We were happy to use this company to store for our baby steam cells . Everything was clearly explained regarding procedures . Despite umbilical cord tissue wasn’t viable, we still got umbilical cord cells collected and stored . Everything gone smoothly . Always have been contacted by company regarding results and storage .

They have not amended the invoice following the failure to collect the tissue. I should have reminded them to reissue the invoice.
