Excellent experience
If I could allocate 6 stars, I would. Healthy sturdy speciments arrived in pristine condition, due to excellent packaging. A bit of straw was so surprising and helpful. I reuse it in planting process. It was my first order but I will certainly comeback.
Thank you very much

Immaculate condition plants and excellent care
I have ordered from future forest 3 times and each time the plants have been packed with excellent care and have been in immaculate condition. They also include care instructions per plant. I've had bad experience with 2 different suppliers recently and have decided I am only going to order online from future forest in the future.

I didn't expect that they would be delivered to my house so carefully so as not to damage the trees. The packaging was great. The wisterias were larger than I expected. I am extremely satisfied.

Just perfect
The tree what I ordered was very well packaged! The tree itself is healthy and strong. Absolutely recommend this company.

Plants are great but too much plastic!
Plants are great, but the excess of single use plastic to package the plants would put me off buying again. Didn't used to use so much plastic.

Risposta di Future Forests
Hi Andy, Many thanks for your review and for taking my call this morning. As mentioned we are always looking for better ways to pack our plants and your comment has been noted. We are currently using the green containers that you refer to as the 'excess single use packaging' because they ensure that the smaller P9 Potted plants reach you in good condition. Once an order leaves Future Forests it can go through a number of outside processes with the carrier and not everyone reads the 'this way up' & 'Live plants label'.
We will certainly be continuing our search for a more suitable cost effect solution.
Have a super day! Jo
Updated : 02.07.25
Andy, I have done further investigation on the packaging used and can confirm that the green containers are made from recycled plastic and are fully recyclable in domestic refuse. We will of course still continue to look for a non plastic solution.
Kind regards
Jo
Super satisfying visit today
I can't wait to order a tree that is expected to be back in stock soon. I had a fantastic experience today at the garden center. I came away with a beautiful hazelnut tree (which never crossed my mind as a tree to search for), a lovely apple tree, a grape plant and a few other mint, berry bushes and aloe vera. A totally unexpected day, and added some nice gems to my collection. I didnt get the guys name, but he was super friendly, welcoming and assistive, and clearly a happy and proud person to be working there. Unfortunately, it's about 100 miles away from me, so I'll be ordering online for my next order (in the very near future of course)
